Chapter 1: Chapter 1 - Update bugged

Summary:

Bot has been a little slow lately after the 15 years of Inanimate Insanity being over. Test Tube decides to give them an update, an update that doesn't go quite right..

Chapter Text

Bot slowly woke up as the sun shined through the window of their room, they looked over at their nightstand and their clock said 9:48 AM. Others were probably awake at this time making breakfast downstairs. Bot went to sit up, but it was like their robotic joints refused. Bot groaned and went to sit up again, this time successfully.

The robot had been feeling slow lately, they took a bit longer to process words, and to move a little, which was getting a bit scary. Yes, they were built over 15 years ago, and haven't had many updates, they'd say about 2 or 3 in the span of that time. Bot had to slowly and painstakingly move to sit on the edge of the bed, and then struggle to navigate where their slippers were for a moment.

They found them right in front of their feet and slipped them on and stood up, immediately getting a light-headed feeling. Bot had to tough it out though, and they headed out their room, seeing a few others walk past. They waved to a few and began to go to the elevator. Once in, they stumbled over to the railing to hold on.

They stared at the floor in what they thought was silence, when they processed that someone else was there. "Bot? Hello?" Bot immediately turned their head and saw Cabby there, looking at them with concern. "Oh, hey Cabby. Sorry I uh.. I just feel a little slow today." Bot explained, sounding a bit tired as they smiled up at Cabby.

Cabby smiled back. "It's alright, I can be slow at times as well.. Maybe its time for an update? Its been a few years since your last one." Cabby reminded. Bot took a few moments to process and then nodded. "Yeah.. I'll ask her.." Bot said, before the elevator stopped at the ground floor. Bot let Cabby wheel out first, before they stepped out.

The two went into the kitchen where almost everyone was, either waiting for breakfast to be made, or making their own since there's breakfast that's served at the hotel, but you can make your own if you wish. Bot looked around, seeing Trophy drinking his morning protein shake, while talking with Cheesy. Candelabra and (technically) Bots younger brother, Red, were at the table talking.

"Here you go, my dear.." Silver Spoon said in a soft tone with a smile as he walked over to the table and placed a plate down in front of Candelabra, which had toast with jelly on it, which she happily ate. Candle was also at the table eating her own meal. As Cabby rolled over to the table with the food that was served, Bot looked around for Test Tube in the room.

Test Tube was just over at the counter, preparing Red his own jelly toast since for some reason the kids loved it, but it was simple and easy to make so no one complained. Bot walked over, having to hold onto a chair for support. "Morning Mom..!" Bot said, trying to sound cheerful, but instead sounding very tired.

Test Tube turned around and saw Bot and smiled, before turning back to the toast and putting some more jelly on it. "Morning Bot! Sleep well?" Test Tube asked, finishing up and placing the plate of toast in front of Red, and then focusing back on Bot. "Yeah.. Just feeling a bit slow.." Bot tiredly spoke. Test Tube looked concerned. "Hm, oh dear.. It has been a while since your last update.."

Test Tube thought for another moment. "Here, you go lay down and we can go to my lab after I finish breakfast, alright?" Test Tube put on a reassuring smile. Bot nodded and slowly walked into the living room to lay on the couch, not caring much if Knife were to come in and get upset since he wanted to play video games.

Silver noticed Bot not looking well and looked at Test Tube. "They alright..? They almost look sick." Silver asked. Test Tube sighed and looked at the regal. "Yeah they're fine, Bot just needs a system update and they'll be working fine..!" Test Tube explained. Silver nodded at that and went to make his own breakfast next.

Bot waited on the couch, which felt like hours for them, which was only 30 minutes as their time perception was messing up too. Once Test Tube finished breakfast, she looked around for a moment before she saw Fan walk in the kitchen. Test Tube walked over to Fan. "Hey, Fan?" Fan turned to her. "Yeah?" "Can you watch Red for a little bit? I gotta go to my lab and update Bot." The scientist said.

Fan agreed and went to go watch him. Test Tube walked into the living room and saw Bot on the couch, staring off into space. She walked over and tapped Bots shoulder. "Bot? You ready to be updated?" Test Tube asked. Bot slowly looked up at Test Tube and nodded, sitting up slowly. "Yeah.." They muttered. Test Tube helped Bot stand up and walk to the front door.

Test Tube reached out and opened the door, helping Bot down the few steps and with going along the field to the vending machine. Test Tube entered the code in and the tube to get inside opened. The scientist lifted up Bot in their arms and went down the little slide into the lab. Her lab was a bit messy and unorganized at the moment, which Test Tube was a little annoyed at but they just ignored it for the time being.

Test Tube sat Bot onto a table and went over to the computer, she crouched under the desk and looked around for a moment. "Now where is.. Aha!" Test Tube pulled out a cord, plugging one side into the computer and then walking over to Bot. Test Tube felt around for a moment in the back of Bots head, pushing past some of their hair that's actually just a bunch of tiny wires.

Test Tube then found the port on the back of Bots head and moved the wirey hair away. Bot winced as they felt the cord go into their head, the sound very.. sharp..? (I dunno) "You ok?" Test Tube asked. Bot nodded. "Yeah.. just feels weird.." "Well I think I'd feel weird too if I had something stuck in the back of my head, so your not alone on that.." Test Tube reassured.

The scientist went back over to her computer and began typing and clicking away. "Alright.. When I click the update button, you'll shut down for about 30 minutes. It'll just feel like a nap so don't worry!" Test Tube said. Bot took note of that and got into a laying down position on the table and gave a thumbs up, since they were sat and hunched over slightly and didn't wanna fall. Test Tube then clicked the update button and Bot felt themselves shut down.

Only a little bit of time went by when Bot felt themselves wake up, but they weren't in the lab.. It was almost like a field of green grass, with few trees in the distance, and a blue sky. Test Tube wasn't there, or anyone at first glance. Bot was a bit concerned now, they never usually had nightmares, at least not like this. Bot then saw someone in the distance, and sped walked over to them, thats when the robot realized.. it was them.

Once Bot got to the other robot, they were facing away from them, and their limbs were twitching slightly. ".. H- Hello..?" Bot muttered, not even thinking they could be heard. The other Bot then turned their head around 360° and looked at Bot. Bot jumped back as they saw their face. Their mouth was open in a scarily wide smile, and their eyes were fully white with a scribbly black outline around them, their face glitching slightly.

Bot was horrified. The other Bot laughed and turned the rest of their body, revealing red stains on their outfit.. That was definitely blood. Bot took a step back, their breath heavy. The other Bot just stood there, staring. "D̸͔̐o̷̟͝n̵̜͠'̷̧̀t̴͙͋ ̵̬̀w̴̘͐ò̷̳r̴̺̋r̷̰͝y̷̼͂.̷̡͘.̶͉͂" They said in a glitchy voice, startling Bot even more. "Ǵ̶̣l̵̛̞i̷̗͆t̵͔͗c̸̜̕ḫ̷̛e̷̙̽ŝ̷͉ ̴͇̋h̵͈́a̶̙͠p̵͓͝p̶͍̈e̸͍͐ň̴͕.̴̞̉!" The other robot said, before the sky turned pitch black.

Bot stepped back more and looked around with wide eyes, the grass and trees began glitching out, turning pitch black and blending with the sky. Bot then noticed that the glitching was spreading onto their feet and legs, and they screamed. The other Bots laughter ringed in their ears as Bot got engulfed in the glitchiness. Just before it hit their face, they woke up.

Bot woke up with a yelp, and they were in the lab, safe and sound, no glitches, and no evil counterpart. Bot looked over and saw Test Tube was there, looking concerned. "Bot..? You alright? The update is done." Test Tube said. Bot did feel better now, less slow and they could process words easier again.

".. Uh, yeah.. I'm fine, I just had an.. odd dream while I was out.." Bot said. Test Tube walked over and pulled the cord out of Bots head and brushed the hair back. "Well, theres nothing to worry about now! How do you feel?" Test Tube asked. Bot stood up and felt their movement was back to being smooth. They smiled. "I feel great!" Bot went over and hugged Test Tube. "Thanks Mom!" Bot said.

Test Tube smiled and hugged back. "No worries..! Now let's get back to the hotel." Test Tube said, going over to the tube and letting herself be pulled through. Bot followed behind her, and the two walked back over to the hotel. Bot couldn't stop thinking about that odd dream they had, but it was just a weird nightmare.. nothing to worry about..

Bot went back into the hotel and went about their day, playing with Candelabra and Red, hanging out with Cabby, being the personal hypeman for when Knife and Pickle played their video games, etc. Though they laid in bed that night, a tad bit scared to sleep as they thought about that other Bot they saw. They just tried to ignore it and went to sleep fine.. everything would be fine.

Chapter Text

A day had gone by since that incident with the update, and Bot had been trying to forget. It felt difficult to forget such a horrifying scene, but it was just a dream.. Bot was in the art room currently, three canvases set up as they painted, with Candelabra and Red on each side, painting as well. Silver Spoon, Test Tube, and Paintbrush were in the room too, the three were both chatting and making sure to supervise the kids.

Bot was smiling as they painted, when they turned to look at Reds canvas, and he seemed to be painting what looked like him and Candelabra. Bot giggled a little bit at that and then turned to look at Candelabras, and she was just painting a bunch of kitty faces. Bot then looked back at their canvas and frowned instantly. They hadn't realized it before but they had been subconsciously painting that same field they had woken up in while they were updating.

Bot then let out a little yelp and stepped back, the sudden noise startling Candelabra, causing her to move her arm down too quickly, knocking some red paint onto her shirt. Bot looked over quickly to see red paint on the girls shirt, while she looked a bit surprised still. Bot quickly looked over and saw Silver, Test Tube, and Paintbrush had looked over in surprise.

"O- Oh dear..! I- I'm sorry I!-" Bot tried to say before Silver stood up and cut them off. "No, no don't worry..! I knew she'd be painting today so that's one of her older shirts, no worries Bot." Silver reassured, while walking over to grab some paper towel. "Yeah, and don't worry, the paint can be washed pretty easily." Paintbrush said too.

Bot still looked a bit guilty as they watched Silver Spoon wipe off Candelabras shirt with the paper towel. Bot then looked back at their painting, a bad feeling in their gut as they remembered the scary dream, with that same green grass, trees, and blue sky, all with some sort of greyish tone over it.. and then all of it just turning to pitch black as a weird glitch spread everywhere, with that other Bots laughter echoing in their head.

"Bot? You ok?" Bots thoughts were cut short as they heard Test Tube calling their name. They looked over at Test Tube, everyone else staring at them. "Uh.. Yeah I'm fine.." Bot said, looking at the ground. "If its about Candis shirt then its fi-" Silver tried to speak before Bot cut him off. "It's not about the shirt!" Bot snapped in a louder volume. Bot quickly realized that they had yelled, and looked on as everyone seemed a bit taken a back.

"Uhh.. Sorry.." Bot muttered, not knowing what was going on now, they never snapped like that. Test Tube took a step forward. "Are you sure everything is fine? Ever since I updated you, you've been acting strange and.. jumpy..?" Bot listened as Test Tube said this, and sighed. "I'm fine.. I promise." Bot said with more sternness to it. There was an awkward silence for a moment..

"Uhh, I think we can conclude painting time.. Let's go and let these dry!" Paintbrush said, putting on a smile as they went to leave, everyone but Bot following. Bot just stayed there, staring at the ground.. "Bot?" They heard. Their head snapped up and saw Candelabra was there peaking in from the door. "Are you coming..?" She asked, looking concerned. "In a moment, Candi." Bot said, looking away from her again.

Candelabra took a step in the room. "If it is about my shirt then-" She tried to speak, before Bot turned around again, pissed off, their face having a glitchy effect. "ITS NOT ABOUT THE SHIRT! LEAVE ME ALONE!" Bot shouted, looking at Candelabra with a look of anger for a moment, before they realized what had happened, and their face went back to normal. Bot looked horrified as they looked down at an even more horrified Candelabra.

"Uh, Candelabra..!-" Bot tried to say, taking a step forward, causing Candelabra to step back. She looked as if she were about to cry as she turned and sprinted away from the art room. Bot felt guilty once again, it was like they were getting angrier at stuff more easily. They sighed and looked over at their painting, feeling anger again as they remembered that stupid dream.

The robot angrily picked up a cup of red paint and threw it at the canvas, the cup hitting the canvas and splattering red all over the painting, before falling on the ground dripping more onto the floor. Bot once again realized their mistake as they looked at the now ruined painting. They then took notice of how the red paint dripped down the canvas slowly.. almost mesmerizing.. like blood. Bot watched almost in awe, feeling almost satisfied.

Bots eyes widened as they realized what they were thinking, and they gasped and pushed the canvas to the floor, making a loud thud sound. Bot then went and ran out of the art room, going wherever they ended up. They found themselves at the bottom of the staircase, and ran up each flight of steps to their room. Bot got to their floor and ran to their door, immediately opening it and running inside, slamming it shut and locking it.

Bot immediately collapsed onto the floor, breathing heavily from all the running they did. They just stayed there for a moment, staring at the floor below them. The robot didn't feel like standing up as their legs began to burn a little, so Bot crawled up to their bed, climbing on top and face planting into the pillow. They just felt so confused and concerned for what could've been happening to them.

Bot finally felt the strength to sit up, they felt so tired and it was only 2 PM. They didn't wanna leave their room in fear of running into anyone that was in the art room, especially Candelabra since they had scared her a lot earlier, and Silver Spoon probably also wouldn't be good to run into, since Candi could've said something to him about what happened, and he can get protective of her, so they wanted to stay away for a bit.

Also running into Test Tube, Red, or Paintbrush would be a bit embarrassing too considering their outbursts. Bot felt very tired, so they just laid down and threw the covers over themselves, deciding to take a nap and skip dinner time, they didn't exactly need food, naps were better for them energy wise and they usually skipped dinner anyways so hopefully no one would question it. Bot slowly shut their eyes and went to sleep.

They later woke up, but for some reason they were in the art room now, laying on the floor. Bot looked around and stood up, the windows were covered up by wooden boards, and the room looked torn up and run down.. Wallpaper torn from the walls, art supplies scattered along the floor, and dust flying about in the air. Another thing Bot noticed was cups of paint on the floor, there were paint cans spilling paint all over the ground too, some opened normally, and some looking like they were stabbed, each being stabbed in a different spot.

Bot also took notice that all the paint from each cup or can, was red.. no other color like yellow or blue or purple. Bot felt scared and very confused, wondering if this was just another dream or if they were actually somehow here. Then, Bot smelt something awful, they looked over and saw a closet in the room, a bit of blood leaking out from under the door. Bot felt a horrible feeling in their gut, but they slowly stepped over, stepping in some of the paint on the floor.

Bot soon made it to the closet, and they slowly reached out their shaky hand to the handle, a ringing in their ears and a static like filter over their eyes. Just before they could reach the handle, the static overtook their eyes, and they woke up in bed, breathing heavily with a cold sweat. Bot felt a sick feeling in their gut, the smell of what they could only describe as rot still in their nose. They turned their head over and saw their window, and it was pitch black.

Their eyes widened and they looked at their phone, seeing that it was 10:20, everyone in the hotel would either be asleep, or at least in their rooms by now, so they slowly sat up and stretched their limbs, and rubbed the sleep from their eyes. Bot stood up and grabbed their phone, turning on the flashlight and stepping out of their room, the hallways very dark at night. They closed the door behind them and slowly walked to a window at the end of the hall, looking out at the darkness.

They could see a little bit outside, like the outlines of trees and the rough winds blowing through the leaves. Bot then turned back and walked downstairs, holding onto the railing with more of a grip as they didn't like walking down the steps in the dark, thankfully they had their phone flashlight, but still. As they walked they couldn't get that weird dream off their mind, all the red paint, which now that they thought about it, they didn't know if it was actually red paint..

They also didn't know whether they wanted to know what was in that closet or not. As they stepped down to the last level, they entered the kitchen, but saw Trophy was there, scrolling through his phone and drinking a soda. Bot forgot he would stay up late in the kitchen, as usual. Trophy was sitting at the table at an angle where he couldn't see Bot, so Bot just stood there, wondering what to do.

Soon, Trophy felt someone staring at him, so he turned around and saw Bot, just standing there.. ".. Bot..?" Trophy said, looking at them confused, they didn't interact much in general, but when they did, Trophy knew that Bot had more emotion than this. Bot was just staring at him, with a hard to read expression, they seemed surprised at something, but not exactly? Trophy got more confused now as Bot didn't respond. "Uhh, Bot? Earth to Bot?" Trophy said.

Bot took a look around the kitchen, not knowing how to respond. They then remembered their painting, and how the red paint splattered over it, and dripped down so satisfyingly, like blood. Bot didn't try and shake the feeling away this time as they looked back at Trophy, who started to look annoyed. "Listen, if you're not gonna talk then go! What's your problem?!" Trophy asked with annoyance. Bot then looked to the floor, their face feeling tingly.

Bot then ran over to the kitchen drawer, looking for anything they could find. "Hey! What the hell are you doing?!" Trophy asked, sounding more angry, standing up from the chair. Bot ignored Trophy as they came across a knife, it was no fancy or big knife, just a simple one. Bot slowly pulled it from the drawer, the sound of the metal sliding against the other cutlery could be heard. Trophy was concerned now. "I'll ask again, what are you doing?!"

Bot then turned around, holding the knife up a little. Trophy noticed the object in Bots hands and his eyes widened. "Bot.. Why do you have that..?" The jock asked, taking a step back, but trying to put on a brave look. Bot looked at Trophy, wanting to see his blood everywhere, like the red paint in their dream.. Bot then lunged forward at Trophy. Trophy shouted out and felt a sharp pain in his right arm. He looked and saw that Bot had stabbed right into it.

Bot grinned a little and chuckled, their face feeling more tingly as it began to glitch out. Trophy looked up at Bot with anger and fear in his eyes, but looked even more horrified as he saw their grin turn into a wide smile, mouth open and all. Trophy screamed in pain as Bot ripped out the knife from his arm, blood pouring from the wound, Bot watched with satisfaction, before Trophy raised one of his legs and kicked Bot right in the gut. Bot yelped and fell backwards into the fridge door.

Trophy quickly stood up and held onto the cut in his arm to not let too much blood out, and ran for the back door. Bot noticed this and extended one of their legs out, using it to stand up straight before lowering back down, and running after Trophy. Trophy quickly opened the back door, and ran out, being able to slam it shut behind him. As Trophy tried to run some more, he heard what sounded like glass shattering, and many stabbing feelings in his back.

Bot had ran up and shattered the glass of the door, most of it going right into Trophys back. Trophy screamed in pain but kept running, not being able to properly see as it was very dark, but he knew he needed to get away. Bot tried to run after Trophy more, their grip on the knife tight, but Trophy was way faster than them. Trophy realized this too and thought he'd end up ok. Then, Bot extended their legs very tall, taking larger steps towards Trophy now, a robotic sound being heard.

Trophy heard this and froze, before turning around and looking up, seeing Bot extended very high up in the air, their eyes glowing blue, and mouth glowing white, the colors turning into a red color as they laughed. Trophy tried to run again but Bot kicked him right in the nose, causing him to fall onto his back roughly. Trophy let out a scream of agony as the fall caused the glass to push deeper in his back.

Trophy felt blood leak from his nose, tears pricked in his eyes as he felt all this pain. Bot then lowered their legs back, but kept themselves a few inches taller than usual. Bot then took the knife and went to their knees, the only thing in Trophys vision besides the darkness of the night, was Bots creepy and glitching face. Trophy was horrified. Bot then raised the knife up and stabbed right into Trophys gut.

Trophy screamed and coughed up blood.. Bot watched as the blood flew out of Trophy like the red paint.. Bot smiled wider and stabbed more and more, Trophy could barely scream anymore, blood filling up his throat, as he could barely breath now. Soon, Bot stopped their brutal stabbing and looked at what they had done. Trophy laid there limp, but not dead, as they could see his chest moving up and down, just very slowly.

Bot watched the blood flow with satisfaction, and then stood up. Then, Bot dropped the knife, and their face didn't feel tingly anymore as the glitch left their face. Bots eyes widened as they realized what had happened, and they took a step back. Bot breathed heavier before turning around and running away, back into the hotel. Trophy laid there, he felt as if he couldn't move anymore. Trophy then let his breathing come to a stop, the pain and blood loss getting to him. He then let out one more cough and closed his eyes, letting himself go.

Chapter Text

Bot ran into the hotel, back into the kitchen where this started. They held onto the table, feeling their whole body shake as they realized what had happened. Bot looked down at themselves and saw blood on their clothes, and felt it on their face. Bot looked and saw blood on the floor too, from when they stabbed Trophy in the arm. They realized how bad this would look and quickly went to a cabinet.

They wet some paper towels and cleaned up the floor the best they could, only a small stain left there, but it wasn't too noticeable. Bot then took the can of soda on the table that Trophy had been drinking, and dumped it out in the sink, throwing it away. Bot then remembered the body out there was basically out in the open, so they took their phone flashlight and sprinted outside to find Trophy. It took some searching, but soon they found the bloody mess that Trophy was, laying there lifeless.

Bot stepped over slowly, their body shaking as they looked down at him, all the blood running down his nose and mouth, his arm, and from the multiple stab wounds in his stomach. Bot walked over to him, and grabbed his arm, dragged him into the forest, and was able to hide him in a large bush. Bot saw that there was blood on the grass and they panicked a bit again. They quickly looked at their phone, and saw that it would be rainy the next day, so it would wash away hopefully.

Bot picked up the knife they had left there and threw it into the bush as well, they would probably have to find a better spot to hide Trophys body later since the kids played around this area, but they could deal with it in the morning. Bot breathed a sigh of relief and sprinted back inside, turning off the kitchen lights and relying on their phones flashlight to get back up to their room. Once they got up there, they ran into their room, not caring about the noise they made, and OJs rule about not running in the halls.

Bot got into their room and closed the door shut, locking it, before leaning on it and sliding to the floor. Bot was still breathing heavily after all of that they had just done. Bot looked down at their clothing and realized that they were a bloody mess as well. Bot stood up and walked or to their closet, opening the door with a creaking sound, and grabbing out another outfit, and quickly changing into it. Bot just kept the bloody clothes in the closet, as they couldn't just go downstairs and put it in the laundry room.

Bot then stepped into the little bathroom they had, and took a rag and carefully wet it as to not get water in between any parts in their fingers that exposed the robotic stuff. Bot cleaned off the blood from their face, and thankfully the rag they used was a darker red color anyways so you couldn't see it, though they would still wash it off later. Bot then was finally clean, and they left the bathroom and flopped on their bed, still feeling that shaky feeling.

They didn't know exactly how to feel, even though they had just murdered someone, they couldn't pinpoint an exact emotion for the moment, they felt oddly empty. Bot then checked the time again, it was only 10:50 now. Bot sighed and turned off their phone, laying in bed and staring at the ceiling. Soon they just closed their eyes and went back to sleep, they didn't even feel too tired but they just needed to pass the time.

Bot soon felt themselves wake up, in another weird dream like thing. This time, they were near the bush were they had hidden Trophys body, and everything felt more grey. Bot didn't feel to scared anymore of it, they had seen scarier by now and it had only been a few days since their update. They looked around and didn't notice much out of the ordinary, when they looked over at the bush that they had hidden Trophy in, they jumped back as they saw him standing up, staring down at them, his eyes with a glitchy effect over them, all the same wounds with blood there.

Trophy was hunched over a little in contrast with his straight posture. Bot felt a bit nervous now, wondering what was happening. Trophy just looked down at Bot. "Another one, huh..?" Trophy muttered in a weak voice, taking a step forward. Bot stayed there, looking up at Trophy with wide eyes. "But.. g̴̻͘͜͝l̵̻̻̃ì̶̞̒ţ̵͚̕c̶̼̯̉h̵̯́e̸͕͊ş̵͔̓ ̵͕͓̉̅h̸̘͋â̷̠̈́p̸͓̀p̸͇̜̎e̶͍͍̅n̸̛͉̒.̴͖́̚.̴͕͓̊" He spoke again, his voice turning glitchy. Bot took a step back and then.. woke up, the dream being much quicker than the last two.

They slowly lifted up their head and turned their head over to their phone on the nightstand, picking it up and checking the time, 8:19. They looked over at the window and saw it was lighter outside, but the pitter patter of rain against their window audible, not a hint of blue in the sky as rain clouds covered it, making it feel very gloomy. Bot sat up and immediately thought back to that night, letting out a sigh and tried to get it off their mind.

The robot stood up and went to slip on their shoes, before they realized they forgot to take them off, and had slept in them. Bot did a light face palm and stood up, picking up their phone and sliding it in their pocket. They stepped out of their room, seeing the hall quite empty. They left and closed the door and began to walk downstairs to the kitchen for breakfast. As they rounded the corner and into the kitchen, almost everyone was there, eating, getting food, or cooking as usual, Candelabra and Red eating their toast as usual. Candelabra then looked up and saw Bot, making eye contact with them

Bot just stared at her with a blank but tired look, and Candelabra felt nervous, and continued eating. Bot just sighed and walked into the kitchen more. Red turned his head to look at Candelabra, who was just looking down at her toast with a look of worry and some sadness, only a few bites taken from it. Red felt concerned now and felt compelled to ask something now. Candi was a close friend of his, probably his only friend since they were the only children at the hotel.

"Candi..? You ok?" Red asked. Candelabra looked over at Red. "Uhh.. I'm not too sure, Red.. I dunno if I told you but yesterday when we were leaving the art room, Bot seemed really mad and I asked them if they were ok and, they yelled at me.. They're never like that..!" Candelabra explained, looking more worried. Red seemed surprised too, he knew Bot had been a little upset but he assumed it was just because of the shirt thing, but full blown yelling? "That's.. odd.. You're right though, that's not like Bot, even on days when they're moody like that." Red replied.

"Yeah..! But, I have a bad feeling in my gut.. I feel like something is wrong." Candelabra said, more concern in her voice. "Maybe something happened..? We could try asking.." Red suggested. "What if they yell at me again?! I don't want that..!" Candelabra just looked more concerned. "What's going on?" A fancy voice asked, the voice belonging to Silver Spoon as he sat down at the table with the kids. Candelabra and Red looked up at him with worry, Candi showing more though.

"We were talking about Bot, they've been acting off.." Red replied. Silver raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms. "Are they still upset about getting paint on Candis shirt?" Silver asked, looking between the two kids. "I don't know anymore.. But I'm feeling a little freaked out." Candelabra mentioned, looking sad again. Silver Spoon didn't like the sight of his daughter looking so scared like this, so he tried to think of something to say. "Well, perhaps we should ask them?" Silver suggested.

"Red already suggested that, but I don't want Bot yelling at me or lashing out again..!" Candelabra said. Silver tried to think about it some more. "Well.. Perhaps we should give Bot some space then with whatever may be going on." Silver tried to put on a smile for the kids sake, while the regal was a bit freaked out himself. Candelabra and Red seemed to take it well and continued eating, but Silver felt weary of Bot now too, he knew what a simple lashing out can turn into, and he didn't want his daughter, OR Red hurt.

Bot was over at the other side of the kitchen, knowing that they were being talked about. Silver Spoon glanced over at Bot with concern, and Bot turned slightly to give Silver a bit of a glare, glancing down at Candelabra and Red for a moment, before back at Silver, and then turned back around. Silver Spoons eyes widened a little as he saw Bot look at him, and even more when he noticed the glance at the kids. Silver knew he would have to start protecting Candelabra from Bot now, he didn't feel they were trustworthy now.

Meanwhile, Bot had meant for the glances to be just a warning or threat, but it seemed to work against the regal. Bot then perked up and noticed Cabby coming into the kitchen. Bot smiled as Cabby wheeled over to them with a smile as well. "Morning Bot!" Cabby said. "Morning Cabby.." Bot replied, trying not to sound as monotone. "Did you see OJ today?" Cabby asked. Bot looked confused now and raised an eyebrow. "No I haven't, why?" "Well something happened last night and now the back door is completely shattered, he had to cover it up with wood!" Cabby explained.

Bot took a moment and their eyes widened as they remembered.. they were most definitely the cause of that. "Oh.." Bot chuckled nervously. "That's funny..!" Bot said. Cabby raised an eyebrow. "Bot, are you ok? You have been acting off.." Cabby said. Bot just sighed and nodded, looking a little annoyed. "I'm fine, Cabby.. I've been getting that question a lot.." Cabby realized Bot looked a little annoyed and felt a bit bad. "Oh, sorry, sorry.." Cabby replied. Soon, Cheesy walked into the kitchen, but instead of a smile, he looked concerned about something.

Cabby turned and saw Cheesy, putting on a smile. "Oh, good morning Cheesy!" She said. Cheesy looked at Cabby, his concern not faltering. "Morning Cabby.. Have you seen Trophy? He didn't come to bed last night and I didn't see him this morning.." The comedian explained. Bots eyes widened and they looked away. "Hm, no I don't think I have seen him.. That's odd.." Cabby said. "It's not like him to leave without at least telling me something!" Cheesy sounded more distressed by the moment.. Cabby looked concerned, while Bot was realizing that they had made Cheesy a damn widow.

"Well, I'm sure he's around, have you tried calling him?" Cabby asked. "Yeah I have, but no answer.. I'll try again later though.." Cheesy explained, letting out a sad sigh and leaning against the counter. Bot the decided that they would have to go out and quickly hide Trophys body better. They looked out the window really quick, and remembered it was raining, it wasn't too hard of a rain, but they would still need to wear something to protect themselves, at least to make sure water didn't get in the small parts of their body where their joints and such were since they weren't covered up by metal, only so mobility was easier.

Bot soon left the kitchen and went back up to their room without saying another word, leaving a few others confused. Bot reached their room and opened their closet, seeing the bloody clothes on the floor that they still need to clean. They decided to put it off again and rummaged through the cluttered closet, before finding their umbrella and rain hat, also looking through all their clothes and taking out a long sleeve, long pants, and gloves. They took a moment to change into their clothes and then slid into some rain boots.

Bot realized someone would definitely notice them going outside, but everyone was probably still at breakfast in the kitchen, so there were probably only a few people in the living room, so they could sneak past. Bot left their room, umbrella in hand as they walked downstairs slowly. They stood at the bottom step, peaking over and looking around the living room, Knife and Pickle sitting at the couch, propping their feet up on the coffee table and playing a video game. Bot stepped down on the floor, and walked over to the front door.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Bot heard, looking over to see Knife looking at them. "You know it's raining, right Bot?" Knife said. Bot looked down at the umbrella in their hands, and then back at Knife. "Uhh.." Bot replied, their eyes darting around, before they just turned around and opened the door quickly, running outside, leaving Knife and Pickle confused as hell. Once outside, Bot quickly opened their umbrella and held it up, sheltering their head from rain, not just from fear of it electrocuting them, but also the feel of being rained on just wasn't very pleasant. Bot then sighed and walked to find the bush.

Chapter Text

Suitcase always enjoyed the rain, walking along with her umbrella above her head, the tapping of the rain on the umbrella almost soothing for Suitcase. She put on a soft smile as she walked near the back of the hotel, where there was some pretty scenery back there and seeing it combined with the sound and sight of the rain would be very nice, and usually where Suitcase goes when it's raining. She got to the back and looked around, her smile growing.

The trees were standing tall, and some pretty white flowers were around the area too. Suitcase walked closer to the flowers, noticing some yellow ones were starting to bloom, almost golden in color. Suitcase was a little confused as to where they came from, but she just shrugged and continued looking around. Suitcase then paused, hearing something, she turned to look at a bush, hearing what sounded like a vibration sound, along with a familiar ringtone, the one she usually heard when Trophy was in the room.

Suitcase stared at the bush for a few seconds, before taking a few steps closer to it. Suitcase reached the bush, having a bad feeling in her gut as she reached out her hand, pushing a few branches aside. Suitcase squinted her eyes for a moment, processing what she was looking at, before her eyes widened. She saw Trophy laying there, looking very dead with blood all over him, his eyes still looking wide with fear, and the sound of his ringing phone near him, haven fallen out of his pocket, the caller ID saying "Cheesy 💛".

Suitcases eyes widened as she looked over his bloody self, she backed away, tears pricking her eyes as she felt her legs quiver. Suitcase then felt a presence behind her, and she quickly turned around, seeing Bot standing there, eyes wide with surprise and fear. Suitcase looked down at Bot with more concern, the phone going silent, feeling a drop of water come down her eye. Bot then realized, Suitcase had seen Trophys body, this wasn't good.. ".. Bot..?-" Suitcase tried to say, before she felt a stabbing pain in her stomach.

Her eyes widened as she dropped her umbrella to the ground, rain now pouring upon her head, Bot had stabbed her right through the gut with the pointy end of their umbrella, the other side sticking out from her back. Suitcase breathed heavily as the pain spread throughout her body suddenly. Bots eyes widened as they realized what they had done. Bot couldn't help but smile wide now, feeling the glitch go along their face, and some along their body.

Suitcase looked at Bot with terror and betrayal. "B- Bot-" Suitcase tried to speak, before Bot reached out and smiled widely, their teeth appearing sharper than usual. Bot then opened the umbrella as quick ad they could, causing Suitcase to let out a bloody murder scream, blood spewing out around the umbrella. Bot laughed a bit, pulling the umbrella out of Suitcases stomach, watching as she fell to the ground, lifeless. Bot watched with an almost satisfied expression as they saw the giant hole in Suitcases stomach, seeing her exposed guts fall into the empty space.

Bot held up their umbrella as they used their strength with one arm to pull Suitcase into the bush alongside Trophy, looking over to see the blood on the grass be getting washed away by rain. Bot then sprinted into the forest, frowning after realizing they had failed to bring a shovel or any tool to dig a hole with. "Dammit.." Bot muttered to themself, the glitch fading from their face and back to normal. Bot then remembered the small tool shed that they had, and it was near enough.

Bot quickly grabbed up their umbrella again and ran out of the forest, shifting their pace to a sprint as they went over to the shed. Once the robot reached it, they looked around inside, before quickly spotting a shovel, a bit dirty from previous uses over the years, but it still worked fine. Bot took hold of the shovel and sprinted back out if the shed, back to the forest. It took a while to get the hole dug, but they went over and dragged Trophy out of the bush, tossing him into the hole.

Bot then heard that familiar sound again, Trophys ringtone coming from his phone, still in the bush. Bot turned and looked at the bush, deciding to deal with it in a moment. Bot dragged Suitcases body over, but not before the lower half of Suitcases body fell from the upper half since they were hanging on barely from each side of her torso, leaving her in two pieces. Bot felt a bit disturbed at this, but just tossed the upper half in the hole, before grabbing the lower half and tossing it in too.

Bot grabbed the shovel again and covered the bodys with dirt, it took a while but it was done. Bot then turned to the bush, where Trophys phone went off again. Bot walked over and picked up the somehow not water damaged phone, and opened it. There were many missed called from Cheesy, and a few others, and many texts from multiple people, most Cheesy though. Bot opened the text app and looked through the texts Cheesy sent, all ranging from asking where Trophy was, to if he was ok, to asking what happened.

Bot couldn't help but feel a tad guilty, they knew the two were together, and they saw how worried Cheesy was in the kitchen. Bot sighed and sat against a tree, and went to Trophys saved numbers, and looked at Cheesys. On one hand, Bot wanted to call Cheesy and tell him, but on the other hand, they didn't know how they would explain this, it would be suspicious if they just said that they just so happened to find him in the woods, and what about Suitcase?

Bot just sighed and put the phone in their pocket, and then held up their umbrella to walk back to the hotel. Once at the door, they opened it slowly and peaked inside, seeing nothing too out of the ordinary. Before entering, they shook the water off their umbrella, and walked inside, and then sprinted upstairs to their room once again. They did the usual and flopped onto their bed. Bot sighed and went into their phone, but they couldn't make it past the lockscreen as it turned black, a low battery signal flashed for a few seconds, before the phone turned off.

Bot groaned in annoyance as they remembered that they didn't put their phone on the charger last night. They quickly took the charger and plugged in their phone, setting on the nightstand. Bot then stared up at the ceiling, only having their mind to entertain them at the moment. Despite wanting to forget about all this, they couldn't stop thinking about what they had done, all the blood they had seen, those weird dreams they had been getting, everything.. though, there was some weird satisfaction they got..

Bot felt their face go glitchy, a wide smile forming as they thought about it all, and what they could get away with until they got caught. They thought about how many other lives they could affect, they had already screwed up Cheesys marriage, and it might screw up Balloons life too, they didn't know if Balloon and Suitcase were together or not, but Bot knew they were close, and now both are dead. Who else could they break the hearts of? Perhaps they could make those threatening glances to Candelabra a reality, they know that little girl means a lot to Silver and Candle..

Bots eyes then widened as they realized what they were thinking about, they were thinking of doing more killing! Bots face went back to normal as they sat up and held their head, clutching at their hair. Bot took a deep breath, feeling horrible about what they've become. They used to be so happy and nice, but now they just feel dull. Bot just laid back again, staring at the ceiling and sighing, closing their eyes to rest.

Chapter Text

Silver Spoon had been keeping his guard up the past few days now, with Trophys sudden disappearance, and now Suitcase haven been gone for a few days as well, he was feeling weary with what could happen next now. He had been keeping an eye on Bot whenever they were present in the room, and making sure Candle or Candelabra weren't ever left alone in the room with them, but that part wasn't much of an issue since there were a lot of people here already, and everyone was usually doing something around the place.

Silver was laying in bed, staring up at the ceiling with his fears getting to him. He knew Candelabra was just in her room across from his, and Candle was downstairs getting lunch to bring back up to their room. Silver Spoon sighed and covered his eyes with his hands, not liking the idea of either his beloved wife or his precious daughter going missing, he saw how Cheesy has been reacting to Trophys disappearance, and seeing his close friend Balloon panic once Suitcase didn't return from her walk outside wasn't fun either.

The regal obviously didn't wanna go through that too, seeing the pain and worry in the twos eyes. Silver then realized tears were forming in his eyes, and he quickly rubbed them away and sat up. He looked at his door, wondering if he should go check Candelabras room again, though he's done it a lot today already, but this was his little girl! Silver Spoon went to get off the bed, but froze for a moment, letting out a sigh and sitting back in bed, he didn't wanna bother her again. Besides, he didn't wanna start getting separation anxiety with her.. again..

Silver then perked up as the door opened, as Candle stepped in, carrying two plates of food. Silver Spoon quickly stood up and took one of the plates from Candle, noticing that she was struggling with holding the plates, and opening the door. "Here, I got it my dear.." Silver said, setting his plate down on his side of the bed and closing the door for Candle. Candle smiled and put her own plate down. "Thank you, Silver.." She responded, sitting on the bed and placing the plate on her lap.

Silver just nodded with a blank expression, doing the same. Candle frowned a bit, noticing Silver Spoon was definitely off, like how hes been for a few days now actually. "Silver?" Candle asked calmly, causing Silver to snap out of it and look at her. "Uh, yes Candle..?" He replied, trying to hide his uneasiness. "You've seemed rather tense the past few days.." The mindful said, not asking about why since there was an obvious answer here. Silver let out a sigh. "I'm aware.." He answered blankly.

"Care to talk about it..? I'm here for you.." Candle said, reaching over to hold Silvers hand. Silver Spoon held her hand back, holding it a bit tighter. ".. I'm just so worried.. I know Trophy and Suitcase have been missing for a few days now, and I'm very worried.." The regal explained. "Worried about them..?" Candle asked, only knowing that Silver was simply acquaintances with the two. "Well.. yes but.. also you and Candi.. I'm worried that something is gonna happen to either of you.."

Silver leaned his head onto Candles shoulder, a bit awkwardly since he was way taller than Candle. "I don't wanna lose either of you.." Silver muttered, in a quiet whisper, the only reason Candle understood his words was cause he was closer to her ear. Candle wrapped her arms around Silver.. "I understand.. I'm worried too actually.." Candle admitted, she was always the calm one but she was still allowed to feel negative emotions. Silver Spoon looked down at Candle, tears welling up in his eyes.

".. I'm so.. so scared.." The regal muttered again, feeling something stirring in his gut. Candle patted his back softly. "It'll be ok.. let's just eat our food, alright..? I checked on Candelabra just a few minutes ago and shes fine." Candle said. Silver sighed softly, almost a sigh of relief. "That's good.. I fear I might be getting separation anxiety with her.. again.." Silver Spoon said as the two pulled away from the hug. Silver remembered when Candi was younger, just a baby too, and he would get separation anxiety a lot.

Candle gently took the regals hand again, smiling up at him, Silver looked back and smiled too. The two then began to eat their lunch happily, but Silver couldn't shake a bad feeling in his mind, or as Candle would call it, "a disturbance in the universe." Silver Spoon tried to shake off the feeling as just his anxiety, and just enjoyed this moment with Candle, though he still didn't trust Bot near his family, he needed this moment of calmness with Candle.

Candelabra and Red were in their shared room, talking about everything, not knowing exactly how to feel about the whole situation going on. All they knew is that Trophy and Suitcase have gone missing, and the adults haven't said much to them about it. "It's so odd.." Candelabra started. "Something definitely isn't right, but no one is telling us anything.." Candelabra complained, pacing the room while Red sat on his bed.

"Maybe they just don't have a lot of information about this yet, it all started just like.. 4 or 5 days ago?" Red said, shrugging with a confused expression. "Hmm, your right.." Candelabra thought for a moment. "Well either way, I know that this has been affecting everyone, especially my dad, he's been checking on me a lot more too, and he doesn't like it when I'm near Bot either." Candelabra said, not sounding really annoyed by it. "Yeah, I'm really worried about Bot too, they've been so.. expressionless? They've seemed more.. serious, and they always have this blank stare.." Red explained.

Candelabra sighed and leaned against the wall, looking worried, Red wanted to say something to make her feel better, but he wasn't too good in the comforting department, just with the science and math stuff. Red just walked over and put a hand on her shoulder. Candelabra looked up at him, still with a worried look. There was an awkward silence for a few seconds and Red thought of what to say, as he felt like he had to now. ".. Uhh.. it'll be alright, Candi.. I'm sure the adults will figure this out soon, right..?" Red said, putting on a comforting smile.

Candelabra stared for a few more moments and smiled a little. "You promise..? It'll be ok..?" Candelabra asked, almost hopeful. Red felt a bit nervous again, but just smiled again. "Y- Yeah! It will be.." Red said, not sure how much he believed his own words, he just wanted Candelabra to feel better. Candi breathed a small sigh of relief and gave Red a hug. Red froze for a moment before hugging back. He had a small feeling that Candelabra trusted him so easily since he was smarter than the average kid, and Candelabra just looked at him like he knew everything, so she trusted his word.

After the hug pulled away, Candelabra looked happier. "Oh yeah! Wanna ask Paintbrush if we can go in the art room today?" Candelabra asked. Red thought for a moment and shrugged. "Sure, why not!" He responded, putting on a smile as well. The duo then left the room, walking just a few steps, before they heard another door open. They turned their heads to see Silver Spoon stepping out of the room, two empty plates in his hands, presumably to bring it downstairs.

Silver Spoon then looked up and noticed that Candelabra and Red were there. "Oh! Hello you two." Silver said, shutting the door, taking a few steps closer to them. "What are you guys up to?" Silver asked, genuinely curious, with concern creeping up on him a little. "Oh, we were just gonna ask Paintbrush if we could go in the art room..!" Candelabra explained. Silver Spoon thought about it for a moment. "Hm, alright then." Silver replied, accompanying the kids downstairs to the kitchen.

The regal didn't really like how they were just out and about with no one else around, especially since his daughter in the question, but he didn't wanna say anything, as to not worry the kids, or be controlling at all, so he just walked with them. Once downstairs, Paintbrush was in the kitchen, on their phone quietly, along with Cheesy at the table, his head down with his arms covering his face. Silver noticed there were already some other dirty dishes in the sink, so he walked over and placed his plates in, and turned on the sink, beginning to wash the current dishes.

Candelabra and Red went over to Paintbrush, Candi tapped their shoulder gently, and they looked down at the two. "Oh, hey you two, need something?" Paintbrush asked, setting their phone down and turning it off. "Hey! Is it alright if me and Red play in the art room?" Candelabra asked. Paintbrush thought for a moment, leaning back in their chair. The artist took a moment to think about it, and figured that hanging out in their art room and keeping an eye on the kids would get their mind off things.

"Hmm, alright, don't see why not." Paintbrush said, grabbing their phone and sliding it in their pocket. Candelabra and Red smiled with excitement as Paintbrush stood up from their chair. "C'mon guys.." Paintbrush said, intending to lead the way, but the kids seemed to already begin racing each other there. Paintbrush just sighed and let out a small chuckle, following them. Cheesy just sat there, feeling sad, not even having made a pun since Trophy went missing. The only sound in the kitchen was running water, as Silver washed the dishes.

The sound cut short though as Silver finished, and turned off the sink, placing the last plate on the drying rack, before taking a rag and wiping off his hands and the sink, before walking out of the kitchen towards the stairs, knowing Candelabra was safe with Paintbrush.. he hoped at least, but he just pusher those thoughts away. Cheesy just sat there, only being in his mind. Cheesy then perked up as he heard the (now fixed) back door open, OJ and Test Tube walked inside, looking tired and a bit sad.

OJ just sighed and walked over to the kitchen table, sitting down. "Hey Che-" OJ tried to speak. "ANY SIGN OF HIM?!" Cheesy asked frantically, lifting his head up and slamming his palms against the table. OJ flinched slightly at the sudden outburst, and Test Tube just stood to the side. "... No.. sadly no.." OJ said, staring downwards. Cheesy looked like he was about to sob right then and there. "DAMMIT! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?! WHERE IS HE?!" The former comedian shouted, hitting a fist against the table. OJ and Test Tube just looked more concerned.

Test Tube sighed and walked over, crossing her arms. "Listen Cheesy... I know this isn't what you wanna hear but.. It's been almost a week, I.. I don't.." Test Tube paused, looking at Cheesy, his expression looking scared, and sad, like he knew what Test Tube would say. ".. Cheesy, I don't think he's alive.." She finally said. Cheesy felt a sharp pain in his heart, he choked out a sob, not liking this one bit. "Yeah.. I know you don't wanna hear this, but if he hasn't called or texted you, and if no one else has then.. that's the conclusion we'll come to.. this also includes Suitcase." OJ confirmed, feeling very tired.

Cheesy stared down at the table, shaking, tears falling down his face. He looked back up at OJ and Test Tube, breathing heavier. "But.. How.. why..? Why did.." Cheesy laid his face down on the table again, his hands gripping the curly yellow hair on his head. "Why did this happen.." Cheesy muttered out, sounding like he was crying properly now. OJ and Test Tube felt horrible for all this. They wanted to find some way to comfort him, but didn't know how. Test Tube didn't know what to do, so she just walked off.

OJ just sat there with Cheesy, keeping him company, not saying anything. Soon, Cheesy looked up at OJ, tears still pouring from his eyes like a waterfall. "I.. I wanna go back to my room.." The former comedian muttered. "Alright.. want me to come with..?" OJ asked. Cheesy just nodded. OJ stood up and helped Cheesy stand up. Cheesy felt like his legs were jelly, and his stomach began to hurt from all these emotions. OJ figured he would bring him to the elevator. OJ had an arm wrapped around Cheesys shoulders, helping him into the elevator, pressing the button to his floor.

The elevator ride felt like forever, as the quiet sounds of Cheesy sobbing were heard, and OJ didn't say anything. Soon, the elevator stopped, and the hotel manager helped Cheesy to his room. Cheesy flopped onto his bed, as OJ didn't stay for too long, and left. Cheesy just laid there, crying, not wanting to accept that Trophy, his husband, was gone. Cheesy knew Balloon was also most likely worked up over Suitcase disappearing, and he knew everyone else was shaken up from it. He noticed how protective Silver was of Candelabra now too, Candle was also weary, and Fan and Test Tube stuck closer to Red as well.

The former comedian slowly felt his eyelids go a bit heavy, his eyes stinging from all the crying he had done, and he knew it would be a while till that sting went away, so he just closed his eyes and went to sleep, just needing a nap. Meanwhile, Bot sat in their room, on the floor and leaning against their bed. Of course they could sit on the bed, but they didn't care much. They had seen how distraught Cheesy and Balloon were, and they felt like they should feel guilty. The moment Bot started feeling some sympathy and regret, there was a weird, painful, static feeling in their head, causing them to yelp.

The feeling lasted for a second, but Bot just went back to not caring again, though they were a bit weary now.. ".. Glitches happen.." Bot muttered, laying back on their pillow, knowing believing this was just some regular glitch that just so happens to make them kill people, and that it would pass.. It felt like their mind was way different than just a week ago, before this all started. Bot just sighed and put it off as a glitch, which they believed it was. The robot then sat up, feeling almost numb, hugging their own body. Bot figured they could go to Test Tube about this.. but then they would probably have to admit what they've done. Even if they didn't tell, it could raise suspicion.. Test Tube is smart and could connect a few dots.

Though she hasn't been trying to figure it out lately, shes been busy with other stuff.. Bot just sighed and sat there, before they heard the laughter of Candelabra and Red coming down the hallway, and their loud footsteps as they ran. "Hey! OJ doesn't like it when you run in the halls guys!" Paintbrush shouted, walking behind them. Bot usually wouldn't care, but they suddenly felt an annoyance towards the kids.. they never did, they would just laugh it off, but suddenly.. Bot felt very annoyed with them, feeling a tingly feeling in their face as it glitched up.

Bot then sighed and shook it off, not wanting to kill anyone else, especially not a child, Red was also technically their little brother too. Though, they didn't have much of a relationship with Candi.. Candelabra was already a bit scared of them now too, especially after that incident in the art room a few days back.. Bot then realized what they were thinking, they weren't too surprised anymore by thoughts like this, but they shook it away and laid down in bed, picking up their phone to look at whatever will distract them, but there was just that stinging feeling in the back of their mind.

Chapter Text

Candelabra and Red ran down the hall, laughing together as Paintbrush followed behind. "Hey! OJ doesn't like it when you run in the halls guys!" They said, walking behind them. The kids were gonna go to the art room, but Candelabra had gone back upstairs to get her coat, and Red and Paintbrush decided to follow. Candi and Red slowed down to a regular pace as they reached their room. Paintbrush leaned against the wall next to the door, while Candelabra and Red went inside.

Candelabra looked around for only a few moments around her cluttered side of the room, in which her Dad had been telling her to clean up but she kept forgetting to, when she found her white coat on her bed. Candelabra picked it up and slid it on. "Found it!" She said to Red. "Good! Wanna go to the art room now?" Red replied. "Mhm!" Candi and Red left their room and followed Paintbrush down to the art room. As she walked, Candelabra could've sworn she heard a sound in her ear, that sounded like a glitchy sound, but she shrugged it off and continued to the art room.

Once there, Paintbrush took out their key and unlocked the door, opening it and turning on the lights, in which Candelabra and Red went in excitedly. Paintbrush then walked in and closed the door behind them. "Alright kids, what do you wanna do today?" Paintbrush asked. Paintbrush watched as the two whispered to each other for a bit, seemingly trying to decide what they wanted to do. "Oil pastels!" They said excitedly in unison. "Alright guys." Paintbrush said, going to the art closet. "But when you're done wash off your hands well, especially you Candi." They said, taking out a few tins of oil pastel sticks.

"I know your Dad doesn't like you getting too dirty.." Paintbrush placed the tins on the table and took out some papers and put it there too. The kids sat at the table and began to draw, while Paintbrush sat to the side on their phone. While drawing, Candelabra realized it was a little warm in the room, so she slid her coat off and put it to the side, and continued drawing. Red was just zoning out and doing whatever with his drawing, he had a bad gut feeling and it felt like his stomach did all sorts of flip flops. He tried not to think about it, but he just had a feeling something else would happen, he just didn't know when, or what would happen.

It was odd to not have an answer, or at least not at the moment, but obviously it's hard to solve something that hasn't happened yet, so Red would have to play the waiting game for however long, though he wasn't looking forward to it. He turned to look at Candelabra, his best friend since they were born basically.. he didn't wanna scare her or anything so he kept his mouth shut and continued with the oil pastels, not having any specific image in mind, just doing whatever and letting the colors take the lead of what to make, he didn't wanna stress too much over this.

Bot just laid there in bed, still looking through their phone for whatever. It had been a few days since they last killed Suitcase, they didn't wanna hurt more people, but something in their mind told them to keep doing it, and to see who else they could kill, they remembered how gruesome Suitcases death was, red stains would probably always be on that umbrella now.. and Trophys just happened.. Bot wanted more though, it was oddly satisfying to them, and it was almost an odd craving now. Bot would usually push away the feelings, they know they've been doing it a lot too, but it was becoming harder and harder.

The robot didn't wanna hurt people, but they felt like this glitch was taking over their mind, warping their personality and morals into the opposite of what they once were. Bot then felt a tear run down their cheek, they lifted their hand and wiped it away. They should've told Test Tube about the glitch after what they did to Trophy, but the glitch prevented them from it too. It was terrifying, to feel like they weren't themselves anymore felt awful, they had gone through it once when they were Bowbot, and now a second time. Bot didn't know who they would become, but they knew it was a bad person.

They sighed and slowly sat up, standing to their feet and walking to the door, stepping out of their room and wandering the halls aimlessly. They went down the stairs and walked down the hall where all the recreational rooms were, like the spa, and the art room, and that room where Fan hosted FFF. Bot passed by the art room, hearing Candelabra and Red talking and laughing together. Bot felt their face glitch for just a moment, but continued walking. They went into the oddly empty kitchen, and sat at the table, staring down at the patterns the wood made along it, they hadn't brought their phone with them so they only had their mind.

Then, they perked up, looking over and seeing Cabby wheeling herself into the kitchen. She saw Bot and smiled, wheeling over to the table. "Hello, Bot..! How are you?" She asked with a kind smile. Bot stared for a few seconds. "... Good.." They answered in a monotone voice. Cabby frowned. "Are you sure? You've been off for almost a week now.." Cabby said. Bot just stayed silent, staring down at the table again. "Hmm, has the disappearances been making you worried? Is that all?" Cabby asked with concern. Bot realized.. Cabby didn't think they did anything..! "Uh, yeah.. It's been so worrying..!" Bot responded, lying through their teeth.

Cabby reached over, placing a hand onto Bots hand. "Well, it'll be ok.." Cabby said with a soft smile. Bot couldn't help but smile back, they knew Cabby had their back now, she trusted them. The two chatted for a bit longer before Cabby grabbed what she needed from the kitchen and left. Bot felt happy, they had someone that could defend them if the blame got pushed towards them for the disappearances, Bot knew they'd be screwed if they were found out, Cheesy and Balloon would be absolutely livid at them, so would everyone else in the hotel.. Test Tube would probably take them apart for scrap metal, and Red wouldn't see them as the cool older sibling anymore.

Bot dug their nails into the table, not wanting that to happen, they didn't wanna lose their family or friends because of the stupid glitch they had going on, they still had hope that it would go away on its own, but even if it did then the damage would still be done already, and things wouldn't go back to normal, since the normal would have Trophy and Suitcase here, and not have anyone in a constant worry that they'll disappear too, the parents having to be around their children more too. At first Bot cared and felt bad, seeing the worry in everyones faces, but now they just felt.. blank.

"Paintbrush we're done!" Candelabra said. The two had finished their drawings for the day, and Paintbrush usually hung up the drawings in the art room when the kids were done. "Alright!" Paintbrush said, standing up and walking over to the table the kids were working at. Paintbrush smiled softly and picked up the papers, seeing Candelabra had drawn a bunch of cats and dogs, and Red had drawn Bot. "Wow, these are great!" Paintbrush said, patting the two on the head. "Good job guys!" They said, going over to an area on the wall were string was hanging up. They picked up a clothespin and hung the drawings up on the string.

Paintbrush then turned to the kids. "Anything else you wanna do today or should I put the oil pastels away?" Paintbrush asked. "I think we're done for today!" Red said. Paintbrush let the two kids leave the art room, while they went and put away the paper and oil pastels. The artist walked to the door and turned off the lights, leaving the room and shutting the door behind them.. Bot heard the sound of a shutting door and looked over to the art room, and saw Paintbrush had left, along with the kids. Bot felt like they needed a spot to relax and be alone for a while, so they stood up and quickly sprinted over to the door, they noticed Paintbrush forgot to lock it so they easily opened the door and snuck in.

The room was dark, only lit by the light coming through the windows, but it was dim. Bot walked over and sat in a corner, the dark and the quiet being calming to their glitched out mind, they knew that their mind wanted them to kill again, and if someone were to walk in the art room right now, then they probably would go through with it, but hopefully that wouldn't happen.. The robot just sat there, letting their mind drift off. A few hours had gone by and Candelabra and Red were in their room, they were mostly just chilling, talking, or playing something. The room felt slightly chilly as the colder months were approaching, so she looked around and realized she didn't have her coat.

"Oh, I think I left my coat in the art room?" Candelabra said to Red. "Oh really?" Red replied. "Yeah, I'll go and get it really quick!" Candelabra said, hopping off her bed. "W- Wait! Doesn't your dad not like it when you leave your room without letting him know now?" Red asked, a bit nervous since Silver has been very protective over Candelabra during this situation. "Oh I'll be fine! It's just to the art room and back, easy!" Candelabra said with a smile. Red was silent for a few seconds, the bad gut feeling rising inside his stomach more. Red sighed. "Alright, just try and be quick, alright?" He replied. Candelabra nodded and left the room to get her coat.

Candelabra sprinted down the hallway, reaching the stairs. She stopped at them for a moment and looked around for anyone, and then smiled, grabbing onto the railing and hopping onto it, sliding down while making a 'weeee!' sound. Candelabra hopped off on the ground floor and noticed no one was there, which was odd since someone is usually doing something, but things have felt different since Trophy and Suitcase went missing. Candelabra continued on her own, thinking of it as a small little adventure she was going on! She peaked her head down the hallway, seeing no one around still. Candi then began walking down the empty hallway, before finding the art room door.

It was easy to tell which one was the art room since it had a label on it, and it had some things hung up, including one of her and Reds drawings. Candelabra reached up for the doorknob and opened the door, peaking her head through. She looked around for a few moments, before seeing her coat on the ground next to the table they were at. Candelabra smiled and walked further into the room. The door suddenly shut behind her, which startled her at first, but she managed to get halfway to the table before hearing a sound. Candelabra quickly turned around to look at the corner, and saw someone standing up.

Candelabras eyes widened and she took a step back, seeing two wide, glitchy eyes appear, and a wide smile. Bot had heard Candelabra come inside, and they couldn't stop themselves now. Candelabra just froze, feeling her legs and arms tremble. Candelabra didn't recognize who it was at first, but then realized. ".. B- Bot..?" She muttered out. Bot took a step forward, laughing slightly. Candelabra took another step back, freaking out internally now. "Bot..? What are you doing..?" She asked. Bot just took another step forward. "B- Bot what are you-" Candelabra was cut off, as Bot lunged forward at her. Candi screamed and moved really quickly, Bot falling face first into the stage.

Candelabra breathed heavily, as Bot stood up and grabbed an empty paint can, throwing it directly at Candelabra. Candelabra didn't have time to react as the can hit her directly in the forehead, and she fell onto her back. Candelabra felt a pain in her forehead as a bad bruise formed, rolling onto her side. Tears formed in Candelabras eyes from the pain, and as she saw Bot walking closer. Candelabra looked terrified, and it all clicked.. Bot did all this, Bot caused Trophy and Suitcase to disappear, and Candelabra realized she would be next. Bot then laughed, their teeth appearing more sharper. Candelabra tried to scream, but it was cut off by Bot grabbing her arm.

Bot then looked around the room, and then saw on a shelf a small cup full of thin paintbrushes that looked pointy at the bottom. Bot then held Candelabra up by the arm, and decided to toss her against the shelf. Candelabra yelped and fell into the shelves, falling to the ground with a ton of art supplies falling onto her as well. Bot then grabbed one of the paintbrushes as Candelabra rolled onto her back. Bot then laughed and fell on their knees, raising up the paintbrush and stabbing Candelabra in the chest with it. Candelabras eyes widened as she felt the horrible pain in her chest, she didn't feel it hit anything vital, but she felt blood pouring out, seeing her shirt getting stained red.

Candelabra breathed heavily and tried to get away since there was a chance she could survive, but Bot held Candi down, and stabbed her in the leg. Candelabra screamed in pain, but no one probably heard since no one else was downstairs. Candelabra had tears pouring from her eyes, and blood pouring from her chest and leg. She looked up at Bots distorted face with a look of fear and betrayal. Candelabra felt herself go limp, but she was still alive. Bot then let go of Candelabra, dropping the paintbrush. Bot stared down at Candelabra as she lost blood, not feeling much of anything now. The robot then picked up Candelabra by the ankle and dragged her over to the closet in the room.

They opened the door, seeing a space underneath the shelves inside it. Bot put Candelabra in there. "B.. Bot.. please.." Candelabra muttered, tears blurring her vision. Bot ignored her and shut the closet door, turning around and leaving the art room.

Chapter Text

Red sat in his bed, staring down at the blanket below him with boredom and worry. Candelabra would've been back now, right? He sighed and looked up towards the door, not hearing the familiar sound of Candi sprinting down the hallway back up to the room, and this mixed with all the disappearances, he was understandably concerned, though he felt that gut feeling telling him not to go down himself, so he stood up from bed and left the room, and went just across the hallway to Candis parents room. He took a deep breath, in and out, and knocked.

Silver Spoon heard the knock at the door and raised an eyebrow. It was just him in the room, and Candle had left to do something, and she wouldn't have to knock. Silver got up and went to the door, and opened it, looking down to see Red there. Silver was even more confused, he doesn't even remember a time that Red had needed him for anything. "Uh, hey.." Red said. "Hello, do you need something?" Silver Spoon finally asked. Red didn't know how to really explain the situation. He also knew that if Candi was ok then Silver might get upset, since when the disappearances started, he always wanted her to let him know when she left her room, and to be accompanied by someone.

Red sucked it up though since this needed to be addressed. "Well uh.. earlier Candi left her coat in the art room, and she went to get it but uh.. its been about.. 10 minutes..? A- and she hasn't come back.." Red said, looking nervously up at Silver Spoon. Silvers eyes widened and his mouth hung open slightly. "WHAT?!" Silver shouted. Red flinched slightly. "I- I just wanted to let you know!-" Before Red could say much more, Silver ran out of the room and down the hall, leaving Red a little stunned. Silver Spoon was panicking now, WHY wasn't he aware that Candelabra left her room? He really didn't wanna be a bad and controlling parent, but for situations like THIS it feels necessary!

The regal felt his heart racing, whether it was from running which he was definitely not used to, or the fear in his veins, or maybe both. He didn't know. Silver reached the stairs and quickly went down, almost tripping and falling on his face, but thankfully he didn't end up doing that. Silver Spoon got to the first floor and looked around. He paced back and forth for a few seconds trying to remember what room Red mentioned, but he quickly remembered it was the art room, and he went there. He reached the art room door and peaked into the little window on the door, but the glass made it look blurry on the inside.

Silver felt his breath speed up and he quickly opened the door and rushed inside, and looked around. His heart sunk as he looked over and saw some art supplies scattered on the floor that had fallen from the shelves on the wall, one of the pieces of wood haven fallen too. Silver stepped over slowly, feeling his hands and legs tremble. "Oh goodness.." Silver Spoon muttered, he saw something red on the ground, but he couldn't tell exactly what it was since the room was dark, only the little light from the windows lighting it. He looked to the grown elsewhere and saw a white coat laying there, so she was in here, though he didn't know if it made him feel better or not. The regal then looked around but didn't see Candelabra anywhere.

He then took notice of the closet in the room, Candelabra would hide in there a lot when she was younger. "Candi I swear this isn't the time for hiding.." Silver muttered beneath his breath, walking over to the closet. "Candelabra?" He asked, trying to sound more stern. Silver Spoon didn't hear the familiar sound of her giggling to herself, so he just reached out and grabbed the handle. Silver grabbed it, but something in him couldn't pull it, its like something was stopping him, not wanting him to see what was inside, which caused more fear to high up in him. The regal felt his vision go blurry from the tears welling up, but he quickly wiped them away, and turned the handle.

Silver closed his eyes and opened the closet, instantly being hit with the smell of something he could only describe as "metallic". Silver Spoon let out a shaky breath and opened his eyes. He automatically looked down and his breath felt like it came to a stop. There she was, Candelabra, laying there lifeless, her eyes half closed, but you could see the fear in her eyes. A giant bruise over her forehead. The most notable was the stab right in her chest and leg, that was still bleeding, blood staining the front of her clothes. Silver Spoon stared, a look of horror on his face as he processed what was in front of him.

Soon, it clicked in his mind what this was, his little girl. Silver instantly let out a loud scream of terror, as he lost balance in his legs and fell forward onto his knees. Silver Spoon felt his vision going blurry again from tears that he didn't wipe away this time. The regal felt his entire body begin to tremble and he couldn't stop, and he felt a sharp pain in his heart. His scream turned to sobbing quickly, unable to control himself now. Silver looked back to Candelabra, and the state she was in, and he just sobbed more. Soon, Silver heard footsteps approaching the art room, but he didn't turn around, he just sobbed on the floor.

"Silver?" A soft voice spoke, Silver Spoon instantly recognized it.. Candle.. Silver heard a soft gasp behind him. Silver slowly turned his head away from Candelabras body and over to Candles look of horror. Silver looked like a mess, his face red and puffy but he didn't care. ".. oh my goodness.." Candle muttered, walking closer. "Candi..?" She muttered again. "C- Candle I.." Silver Spoon tried to speak, but he couldn't when his daughters dead body was only a few feet away. Candle just stared in horror, her husband sobbing uncontrollably. She then basically went on auto pilot, and turned and ran out of the art room.

"OJ! SOMEONE! H- HELP!" Candle shouted, trying to tune out Silvers pained sobs. Candle stood there for a few moments, waiting while she hoped this wasn't real. It wasn't long till rapid footsteps were heard coming, and OJ ran down to the art room where Candle was standing outside of, a look of immense worry and fear on her face with Silvers crying in the background. "Candle! Whats happening?!" OJ asked, the same concern on his face. "I.. C- Candelabra.. uh.." Candle tried to speak, but words failed her, so she just pointed into the art room.

OJ went over and looked in the room, seeing the same sight Candle had seen. His eyes widened and he quickly looked away. "Oh.. Oh god.." OJ muttered, looking into space wondering what to do. "I.. I'm gonna get Test Tube.." OJ said, before sprinting off again. Candle sniffled as she felt tears prick her eyes, and she went into the art room with Silver Spoon, who was still there crying, but more softer as he exhausted himself. Candle walked closer and really saw it, her little girl in that closet.. in a horrible state.. Candle dropped to her knees next to Silver, and wrapped her arms around him, not knowing what else to do.

She closed her eyes tightly as to not see Candi like this, or to see Silvers pained face. It wasn't long till OJ returned with Test Tube. The scientist walked into the room and was horrified as well. "O- Oh golly.." She muttered, walking closer to the closet. Candle looked up at Test Tube with worry as she softly cried, and Silver just sat there on his knees, trembling in Candles arms as he could barely cry anymore, and just breathed heavily now. Test Tube looked at the two, and then OJ with concern, and back at Candelabra. She stepped closer to her body and kneeled down beside it, reaching out to take her wrist, gently grabbing it and placing two fingers on the pulse area.

"... N- Nothing.." Test Tube muttered, not even wanting to turn and see Silver and Candles reactions, though she could hear a soft sob come from Silver Spoon. Test Tube then cleared her throat and stood up, looking at OJ. "I'm gonna get a gurney to take her.. stay here.." The scientist said, in which OJ nodded in return and Test Tube left. The manager looked down at Silver and Candle once again, but didn't know what to do or say, so he just faced any direction he could that didn't have Candelabra or her mortified parents in view. It felt like forever but Test Tube returned.

Test Tube had the gurney with her too, wheeling it into the art room to transport Candelabras body away. Silver looked up slightly at Candi again, feeling that pain in his heart again, before looking at Candle, who was holding him in her arms and staring at the ground, and then he looked up at Test Tube, who walked over to his daughters body, and the scientist flinched slightly as she picked up Candelabras body. Silver Spoons eyes widened as he suddenly got energy again. "N- No! Don't take her from me..!" He said loudly, slipping out of Candles grasp and standing up, startling Candle slightly.

Test Tube had a look of guilt as she gently placed Candelabras body on the gurney to wheel her off, she was a parent herself to Red and Bot, and never wanted to know this pain. "S- Silver.. I'm sorry but I have to.." She said. Silver Spoon looked like he was gonna start sobbing again, and Candle had stood back up, holding Silvers hand tightly. "TEST TUBE! Sh- She can't be dead..! PLEASE!" Silver shouted. Test Tube flinched slightly, but with the stab right in Candelabras chest, it was highly unlikely. "Silver, look.. I- I hate to tell you but.. its very unlikely she.. is alive.." Test Tube said, seeing Silver flinch ever so slightly, while Candle just shut her eyes for a few seconds, before opening them back up with more pain than before in them.

Test Tube sighed and took a step closer. "I.. I'm sorry guys.." The scientist said, before turning back to the gurney and pulling a blanket over Candelabra fully. Test Tube grabbed the handles of the gurney, and couldn't take one step before Silver Spoon stepped forward. "NO! TH- THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING..!" He shouted, beginning to sob again. Candle looked a little scared, along with Test Tube who paused to look at him. "TH- THAT'S MY BABY! YOU C- CAN'T TAKE HER!" Silver shouted again. Candle let out a quiet and pained breath. "S- Silver please-" The mindful tried to speak, before being cut off.

Silver Spoon shook his hand out of Candles grasp, and tried to sprint closer to the gurney, but Candle grabbed his shoulder and pulled him back. "NO! M- MY BABY!" He just sobbed, not wanting to accept this reality where his daughter had gotten killed. Test Tube didn't know what to do, OJ had left by this point, and Candle felt numb inside, but had the strength to hold Silver back so he wouldn't do something stupid to himself or anyone. Test Tube felt her bottom lip quiver slightly, and she had to wipe away tears. She looked Silver in the eyes. ".. I'm sorry.." Was all Test Tube said, before wheeling away the gurney.

Silver Spoon was sobbing again. "NO PLEASE! MY BABY!" He tried to run after Test Tube, but Candle stopped him. "Silver.." She said quietly. Silver Spoon heard it though, and knew how Candle was feeling. The two then walked out of the dark art room and into the lighted hallway, in which they saw Test Tube wheeling Candi away. Silver Spoon let out a sob. "T- Test Tube.." He muttered, and the scientist paused again at his voice, and turned her head to see Silver in the light, to see the mess he became in just about 10 minutes. "Yeah..?" She responded. "Where.. Where are you taking h- her..?" The not so regal asked.

".. T- To my lab.. just to run some tests to see what could've happened here, and then we'll bury her.." Test Tube explained. Silver Spoon looked like he was holding back shouting and screaming again like earlier, but he just let out another choked sob and held onto Candles arm for dear life while shaking. "A- Alright.." He muttered, before Test Tube continued leaving with his daughter. Silver Spoon stared into space, not knowing what to do now. He then felt eyes on him, and he looked down to meet Candles eyes with his, with just as much pain in them. "Are.. are you alright..?" Candle asked, despite knowing the answer.

"... No.. not at all.." Silver responded, his voice quiet with not much emotion, looking back at the ground, before back into Candles eyes. "You..?" He asked. "... No.." The mindful replied, laying her head onto her husbands shoulder. They stood in the middle of the hallway, both feeling empty now. Silver Spoon felt like his legs were about to give out, so he slowly moved from Candles side, and shakily walked to the kitchen, and Candle followed. They sat at the table in silence, sitting across from each other as they processed everything.. this was real.. this was no dream, or nightmare.. even though it felt like one.

Silver Spoon noticed Candle slowly reach her hand out to the middle of the table, in which he responded by doing the same, interlocking their fingers as they stayed staring at the table. They both began to cry softly together, as they finally fully realized.. Candelabra was gone.

Chapter Text

Silver Spoon sat on the small stool in front of his vanity, staring into the mirror. His hair was a mess, and so was he in general. It hadn't been 24 hours yet since that incident, and he barely slept that night. Silver didn't wanna get out of bed that morning, but he forced himself to since he had to take care of himself. He zoned out at his vanity, thinking about Candelabra, and how he found her, and how she was gone now, though he barely had the chance to even do anything since the only thing he did was take out his hairbrush from the drawer and set it down before he zoned out.

Silver let out a sigh and picked his brush up again, brushing it through his long hair, wincing as it pulled slightly on the tangles, slowly unraveling the strands to a smoother state. He tried not to let the tears flow, but it just got harder each second. Silver Spoon took a deep breath and held it for a few seconds, before exhaling, and wiping away the tears in his eyes and he began to properly get ready. Candle had gone downstairs to get breakfast, and she had offered to bring some upstairs for Silver since he struggled to get out of be that morning, but he told her he would be downstairs to get it himself. Silver Spoon finished brushing his hair out and putting it on a braid, before he sighed and stood up and left to go get breakfast.

There wasn't much commotion in the kitchen as usual, people haven't been staying in the kitchen to eat as much, and have just been getting their food and going back to their rooms silently. The only ones that stayed to eat their breakfast were Candle, Test Tube, and Fan. Candle was eating slower than usual, but almost finished, and just looked out of it. Test Tube sat down at the table, and looked at Candle. "Hey uh.. doing alright..?" The scientists asked. Candle looked at Test Tube for a few seconds, and then back at her food. "Trying to.." She said quieter than usual. "And.. Silver..?" Test Tube asked as well. ".. I don't know.. he hasn't said much.. since.." Candle let her voice wander as she just continued eating.

Test Tube sighed, and Fan went over and sat next to her, having heard of the situation too. Soon, Silver Spoon stepped into the kitchen. Candle looked up at Silver, and he had tried to make himself not look as bad with some light makeup, but she could tell he was tired, and she had seen the eyebags he had just earlier, but she didn't wanna bring it up. "Morning, dear.." Candle said to her husband. "Morning.." He said back, beginning to make his breakfast. Test Tube watched as he got out some bread and put it in the toaster, and began to get out some jelly and a butter knife.

Test Tube recognized what he was making but kept quiet. Candle also peeked over and saw it too, but was silent about it also. As the regal took the bread out and began to spread the jelly, he froze mid swipe, like it just set in for him. It had apparently become a muscle memory to make toast with jelly on it in the mornings for Candelabra, and he didn't even process he was making it until now. Silver Spoon felt his hands begin to shake as he just held back tears and continued to spread the jelly. He then went and sat down with now his toast, and began eating it. Candle looked at Silver and put a hand on his shoulder, in which he didn't react much to, but he didn't seem to mind either.

"So uh.. Silver.." Test Tube started. "Are you.. uh.. doing alright..?" She asked, basically asking the same thing they asked Candle. Silver finished chewing a piece of the toast and swallowed it before responding, not looking up at Test Tube though. ".. Peachy." The regal responded in a quiet and tired voice, kind of like Candle. After a few seconds, Silver Spoon actually looked up at Test Tube. ".. Where is she now..?" Silver asked. "Uhh.. in my lab still.. I wasn't able to find anything that could lead to what happened, or who did it.." Silver Spoon nodded slowly and let out a sniffle, moving to hold Candles hand tightly. "I see.." He muttered, looking down.

Test Tube felt very guilty, mostly since there wasn't much she could do to help Candelabra since she was already dead when found. ".. Guys.. I'm sorry.." Test Tube said, her tone almost matching the same as Silver and Candles. The two looked up at Test Tube, a little confused looking. "I'm sorry there wasn't much I could do for her.." Test Tube said. "... Your fine.." Silver replied, looking back down at his plate. "Don't be sorry for that.. there really wasn't much to do anyways.." Candle said, looking down as well. She had finished her food already, but just hadn't put the plate up yet. Silver Spoon continued eating his toast, still feeling awful inside.

He felt like he failed his daughter in the worst way possible, he missed her and wished he could've done something to protect his little girl, but he failed. Then, OJ walked into the room, looking tired and stressed, which was usual for the hotel manager, though more of it showed. "Morning guys.." OJ said, going to the coffee machine to get, well.. coffee. OJ set everything up into the machine, and then waited for it to brew. He leaned against the counter, looking exhausted while holding his forehead. "Morning.. You alright?" Test Tube asked. "Ughh.. not really.. after everything.." OJ paused and looked at Silver, who seemed to not be paying much attention. ".. everything yesterday.. I don't think the stress has left my mind.."

OJ had a pained expression. "I have a headache too.. it feels like my head is gonna split open.. jeez.." OJ groaned. "I get that.. the stress part.." Test Tube replied, trying to wrap her head around everything. She felt like she understood, yet knew nothing about the pain Silver Spoon and Candle were feeling now. The scientist was a mother too and.. oh god.. Red didn't know yet. Test Tube felt one of her eyes twitch slightly, and then she sighed, either from stress or from being annoyed, not even she knew. Fan looked at Test Tube and looked worried, but he didn't say anything as he slowly put a hand on her shoulder.

Test Tube turned her head to lock eyes with Fan. ".. Red doesn't know yet.." Test Tube whispered to Fan, glancing to Silver and Candle, and then to OJ, almost to check they didn't hear, and then looked back to Fan. Fans eyes widened a little, and he looked down. ".. I'll tell him, don't worry." Fan said quietly, looking back up to his wife. "F- Fan, you don't have to.." The scientist responded. "No, I will.. you worry about the other stuff, ok..?" Fan responded, holding back tears at the thought of doing it, but wanting to do it for Test Tubes sake. Test Tube sighed and nodded. "Alright.." The scientist said, before looking back at the table.

Bot was laying in their bed, staring up at the ceiling. They felt numb and empty, like every bit of their personality was plucked away, slowly, with each day this glitch had been in their mind now, and the fact they had murdered 3 people now had contributed to this feeling. Bot laid there, trying to sleep, sleep felt like their only way to escape what they had done. The robot didn't know how this would all end for them, getting caught and being fixed, just killing everyone, or getting killed themself. They hoped for the first option. Bot felt their eyelids grow heavy, and they fell asleep.

The robot soon felt themselves wake up, in another dream. Bot had figured out that having dreams with the glitch meant that they would kill someone else. Bot didn't feel anything so they looked around at their surroundings. They were in a hallway, the walls painted orange with white trimming at the bottom, with a dark orange carpet. It was obvious to Bot that it was one of the hallways in the hotel. They began walking forward, the hallway seemed very long, longer than the usual hallways in the hotel. Bot the froze as they felt a crunch beneath their feet. They looked down and lifted their foot, before seeing broken glass on the ground, little bits of the glass falling off of the bottom of their shoe.

Bot felt a little concerned though, and looked down the hallway again, and suddenly heard a loud, scared, scream, and then the sound of glass shattering. Bot flinched and closed their eyes for a moment, before opening them, and seeing glass all over the ground suddenly. Bots eyes widened and they looked up again, and suddenly the kitchen was in front of them. Bot stepped inside the kitchen, and then smelt something burning. The robot then watched as the kitchen slowly began to light in flames. Their eyes widened even more as they tried to leave the kitchen, but suddenly a wall enclosed them in.

Bot began to breathe heavily, watching as the room filled with fire. The fire began to turn green, and it spread quicker, going to the table and chairs. Bot felt genuine panic, they could only stand and watch. It felt like in dreams they were able to actually feel something, so something about the warmth of the fire closing in on them, and the fear engulfing them just as quickly.. made them feel like themself again, with clear emotions. Just before the fire hit them, Bot awoke in their bed, sitting up quickly and putting a hand up to their chest, their robotic heart beating very quickly.

Bot felt sighed and laid down on the back again, feeling numb and empty again. It felt like Bot was only thinking the same things over and over, about how they were feeling, the bits they remember of the murders, though their memories of the times looked static-y and glitchy when it played in their mind, and the dreams they had, which felt more like nightmares. Bot looked at the time and saw it was around dinner, so they figured it would be best to go down and see everyone, since it has been a while since they were seen. Bot then got out of bed, their legs feeling a little weak from haven barely stood or walked for a while.

Bot began to walk down the hallway in the direction of the stairs. They zoned out for a while, not thinking of anything in particular really, when they were suddenly in the kitchen. It was something Bot did in general before this, go to do something, zone out during it, suddenly its done. Bot looked around the kitchen with a dull and tired expression, Cabby was at one of the tables eating, and they saw Silver Spoon at the table with Cabby, Candle also there. Silver didn't look his self, with eyebags and little makeup, with Candle pretty much the same.

Bot took a moment to think of why they looked so.. depressed.. suddenly, they heard a voice. "Bot! There you are! I've barely seen you..!" Test Tube spoke, holding a plate of food in her hands. Bot looked up at her but couldn't muster up any new expression. "Uh, hey.." They responded. "Are you feeling alright? Ever since the.. disappearances you definitely haven't been yourself.." The scientist said with worry. Bot didn't know what to say really, and they obviously couldn't just tell Test Tube that they did the murders. "Uhh, yeah its just been scary is all." They managed to reply.

Test Tube nodded in understandment. "Makes sense.. Reds scared too, I'm bringing him some food since.. he isn't doing great right now.." The scientist explained, a look of sadness and worry in her expression. Bots eyes widened as they remembered, they killed Candelabra. It was now known she was dead, thats why Silver and Candle looked so.. miserable.. and Red must've been told too by now. Bot nodded in acknowledgment, and Test Tube walked by them. Bot walked in the kitchen and Cabby looked over and spotted them.

Cabby had barely seen Bot for the past week or two, so she seemed happy. "Bot! Hello!" Cabby said happily, making Silver and Candle turn to them too. Bot saw Silver and Candles looks of sadness a bit better, but just turned to Cabby. Cabby pulled out a chair for Bot to sit in, and smiled. Bot stared for a moment, processing Cabbys words and actions since it felt harder to do that simple thing now, until they got it and walked over, sitting down. The robot just stared down at the table, glancing up at Silver Spoon and Candle, seeing the pain in their eyes.

Bot wanted to feel guilt and pain for what they have done to the two after killing their daughter, what they did to Balloon after killing his best friend, and what they did Cheesy by killing his husband. But, they felt nothing, absolutely nothing. The table had an awkward silence, since Cabby didn't exactly know what to say, Bot had zoned out, and Silver and Candle looked out of it. Others would enter the kitchen, simply get food, and then leave back up to their rooms, ever since this all began at least. Silver Spoon just stared down at the table, holding Candles hand under it. Nothing felt like reality at the moment, and in just an hour he'd have to watch his daughter get buried.

He knew Candle wasn't doing too well either, despite being good at masking, it was obvious she wasn't her normal self anymore, and she wouldn't be for a while. The regal glanced up at Bot, and felt something in his gut. Something wasn't right with them. It could easily be excused as them being scared of the disappearances and acting differently, but with a gut feeling like this, something wasn't right. He would've immediately began to investigate this, but he felt so mentally exhausted, especially since he was lacking motivation for basic things.

Silver just sighed and stood up from the table. "I'm gonna go up to our room.." He said to Candle. Candle nodded and stood up too. "I'll come with.." She responded, following Silver Spoon out of the kitchen. Bot watched as the two walked off, and something in their mind couldn't help but find it.. funny. Bot then shook their head, this wasn't a funny situation.. but, the idea of feeling something.. especially such a good emotion felt.. relaxing. Bot couldn't help but hide a smile from Cabby, the misery of Silver and Candle giving them emotion back. It felt great.

Chapter Text

The sunset soon came. Silver Spoon stood outside, his beloved Candle next to him. His hands were shaking non stop, in fact his whole body was shaking. Test Tube was out there too, a gurney just 2 feet away, a blanket covering what was on it. It was the time to bury Candelabra, Silver and Candles beloved daughter. Test Tube walked over to the gurney, and took off the blanket, uncovering Candelabra, a much more peaceful look on her face, and all the wounds and bruises now covered, and she was now wearing a lavender colored dress. "Oh.." Silver Spoon breathed out, walking over to the gurney, Candle following, her hand holding tightly onto Silvers.

Once they saw Candelabra, Silver had to resist bawling his eyes out right there. Silver Spoon slowly let go of Candles hand and reached over to Candelabras cold hand. He gently held it, a few tears dripping from his eyes. Candle sniffled, looking down at her daughter with sadness. "My dear daughter.." Silver Spoon muttered, Beginning to cry softly. He felt like he was breaking apart, physically and mentally. "I- I'm so sorry.. my baby.." The not so regal muttered again, struggling to not let his crying effect his voice, though it was hard. Silver Spoon took a few moments of silence, trying to compose himself a bit.

".. Candelabra.. sweetheart.. I- I.." Silver paused as he was getting choked up, but he felt Candle wrap an arm around his torso. He looked at Candle for a moment, then back at Candelabra. ".. M- My sweet baby.. I- I'm so sorry.." He said. He looked Candi in the face, she looked a lot like him, almost an exact copy just with purple hair like Candle. She was always so playful and energetic, though sometimes wreckless, and only 10 years old. "Candi.. I love you so much my little flame.. I wish we c- could've been there with you.. b- but we are now.. hopefully your not hurting anymore as well.."

Candle had tears come down her face, squeezing Silvers torso a bit more. Candle stepped a bit more forward. ".. Goodbye my little angel.. me and your father will always love a- and remember you.. your in a place with no pain now.." Candle looked to the ground for a moment, holding back her tears before speaking. "Rest easy, my angel.." Candle said softly, putting a hand on Candelabras arm. After a while of Silver and Candle holding each other in their arms, they looked at Test Tube with pain and tears in their eyes and nodded. Test Tube took that as them being ready.

Test Tube walked over and the couple stepped backwards. Soon it was darker outside, flowers that were odd colors of yellow, brown, and purple around the covered grave. Silver Spoon and Candle sat on the grass in front of where Candelabra was laid to rest. Candle had her head resting on Silvers shoulder, arms wrapped around each other as they cried softly. Silver Spoon had one specific thing on his mind since this happened, and he couldn't shake the feeling. ".. I.." Silver tried to speak, but the rest of the words didn't quite come out. Candle turned to look at Silver.

"Hm..?" She hummed. Silver Spoon looked at Candle, and then the ground, hugging his knees to his chest. "I.. I failed as a father.." He spoke quietly. Candles eyes widened a little. "Silver.. Why would you be..?" Candle asked in a soft voice, looking concerned. "Cause.. C- Candelabra is.. g- gone.. I told her I wouldn't let anyone or anything hurt her.. a- and I failed.." Silver began to cry again, his hands over his eyes. Candle held Silver tighter in her arms. "Silver I promise.. you failed no one.." She said, wanting to comfort her husband the best she could. Silver Spoon sniffled and dug his face into Candles neck, visibly shaking.

".. M- My baby.. my poor b- baby.." Silver said between sobs. Candle began crying as well, harder than she was earlier. Everything was setting into their reality. The two sobbed into each others arms as the sun slowly set into darkness. Candle went inside after an hour due to tiredness, but it took a while to drag Silver back inside that night. Bot looked out their window from their room, watching Candle struggle outside in the dark to get Silver to go back inside. Bot felt a grin form on their face, the familiar tingly feeling on their face as they began to laugh, which just sounded like a glitchy mess. Laughter was a good one.. hopefully they could do it more.

Chapter Text

Cheesy sniffled as he stepped outside the hotel, trying not to cry too much since he hated the blurry vision and the sore eyes that came with it, but after recent events it was hard not to. Cheesy walked to the back of the hotel, where Trophy and Suitcases memorials had been set up. They weren't able to have a burial or anything since their bodies were never found, but this was better than nothing.

At the very back of the hotel, there were two tables against the wall, tarps set up over them so rain wouldn't damage them. On one table was a picture of Trophy, with flowers and other little things on it, the other being the same except with Suitcases photo. As the former comedian walked over to Trophys table, he gave a little nod to Suitcases, before turning to his husbands.

The photo of Trophy had flowers around it, mostly yellow since he liked that color, but some varied. There were also some things on the table, such as a few lit candles, Trophys camera, and a few polaroids scattered around. Cheesy liked to look at the ones that had them together, such as one with them on a simple date, and then one right next to it from the same date, with Cheesy holding up his hand, a pretty gold ring on his ring finger. The one Cheesy was still wearing.

Cheesy felt the tears coming on, and especially when he looked at one of them on their wedding day. The former comedian then placed a yellow flower onto the table, before just standing there in silence, feeling sad, and alone. ".. I miss you a lot, Trophy.." Cheesy said quietly, eyes closed. ".. I remember when we would talk about our future like little kids.. except it was when we were married." Cheesy spoke, a small smile on his face.

"Even after all the heckling at my comedy shows.. and even when you acted like I was simply a stranger.. we still had it all at the end.." Cheesy thought about all the memories they had, but his smile dropped again soon. ".. Then it was like you were suddenly gone out of nowhere.. and.. I miss you.. and we still don't even know if your alive or dead right now.." Cheesy looked at the ground for a moment, before back at the picture of Trophy, where he had his confident smile as usual.

".. But wherever you are.. Remember that I love you.. s- so much.." Cheesy said, smiling softly again and wiping a tear. He then looked around the area, seeing that yellow, brown, and light purple flowers sprouted in the area. He never saw flowers like it here, so he didn't know where they came from.. they were pretty though. Cheesy then sighed and turned around, walking to go back inside.

Cheesy looked around, seeing where Candelabra was buried. He didn't know much about the kid, or much about Silver Spoon and Candle, but he felt so bad for them, especially since he saw the wreck that Silver became over it. He also felt bad for his buddy, Balloon. He lost his best friend, and Balloon just stayed in his room mostly after the incidents. Others have checked on him and brought him food, hes seemed alright from what hes told the others. He also couldn't help but feel bad for the other kid, Red.

The former comedian also happened to notice that the yellow, brown, and purple flowers were bloomed around Candelabras grave. He had no idea where they came from, but he just brushed it off and went inside.. he had other things to think about. Cheesy stepped in the hotel, and looked around. The lobby/living room usually had people in it, Knife and Pickle playing games, OJ or Paper at the complaints desk, and the kids usually playing on the floor. Now in only a few weeks it was barren.

He then went into the kitchen, and saw Balloon sitting there, just staring down at the table cloth. Cheesy felt surprised since Balloon barely came out of his room recently, and he barely saw him. Cheesy tried to put on a smile, but it was quite shaky. "Heyy Balloon.. Nice seeing you.." He said, walking to the table. Balloon looked up at Cheesy, eyebags under his eyes. "Oh, hey Cheesy." He said, looking back down at the table.

Cheesy felt a little awkward now, not knowing what to say or do. OJ then came into the room, looking tired with a cup of coffee. He saw Cheesy and Balloon and gave a nod to them. "Hey guys.. How are you two feeling..?" The hotel manager asked. Cheesy and Balloon looked up at OJ, both just looking very tired. "I feel.. the best I can in this situation.. I just came back in from seeing Trophys memorial.." Cheesy said, hugging his own waist, almost a shiver going up his spine and hitting his heart a little while mentioning his late husbands name.

OJ gave another nod and took a sip of her coffee, before turning to Balloon. "Balloon..?" He said. Balloon just shrugged. "Eh.. Just trying to get through the days. The hotel just feels so.. sad.." Balloon explained. "Yeah, it definitely isn't the same.. with your situations, and now Candelabra.. yeah.. definitely not the happiest place in the world." OJ said, gesturing in the air with his hands. Balloon leaned back in his chair, now looking up at the ceiling.

So much changed in the past few weeks, and Balloon felt like he was going mad. After he heard that Trophy disappeared, he was very concerned yes, when Suitcase went missing too, it took everything in Balloon to not break down right there as OJ told him. Balloon had cried and had many panic attacks, constantly waiting for the moment she would return, yet she hasn't. Life felt like a blur ever since this all started, and the blur just increased when he heard of Candelabra being found dead.

If Candelabra was dead, then Suitcase and Trophy must be too. He just didn't know who could've done this, or WHY?! Cheesy stared at Balloon for a moment as he stared at the ceiling, before looking back at OJ. ".. Hey, OJ? Do you know who planted those flowers outside?" Cheesy asked. OJ paused mid sip of coffee, looking at Cheesy with confusion before swallowing her current sip. "What flowers?" OJ asked.

"Y'know, those yellow, brown, and purple flowers? By the memorials and Candis grave?" He said again. OJ thought about it for a moment, before his head shook slowly. "No, I don't think anyone planted any flowers.. typically I would be told about that sort of stuff.." The hotel manager said, before shrugging. "Oh well, nothing to be made a big deal out of." He said. OJ then finished her coffee and placed his mug in the sink.

He then turned to Balloon and Cheesy. "Hey, if you two need anything I'll always be here, alright?" OJ said with a small smile. Cheesy nodded and smiled back to be polite before watching her leave the kitchen. The former comedian turned to look at Balloon, before noticing he was still staring at the ceiling. Cheesy walked over and tapped Balloon on the shoulder. "Hey." He whispered. Balloon jumped up a little, before looking up at Cheesy and letting a breath out.

"Oh, h- hey.. sorry.. zoned out. Been doing that a lot." Balloon said, letting out a short laugh. "Alright, just checkin' on you.." Cheesy said before leaving the kitchen. Balloon sighed and sat up straight in the chair. He decided to go back up to his room as those few interactions drained him already. He stood up from the chair before leaving the kitchen too, walking to the stairs to go to his room.

Bot was in their room, laying on the ground and staring at the ceiling, feeling numb yet again. They tried to think happy thoughts, yet nothing made them feel anything. The only thing that made them feel joy to the point of laughter was when they saw Silver Spoon sobbing over Candelabra.. who they killed. Remembering this, Bot felt a little chuckle come out of their mouth. Their eyes widened, and their smile grew. The robot then sat up, realizing how to feel happy.

Red sat in his room on his bed. The room felt so empty now, it still had all of Candelabras stuff since Silver and Candle didn't plan to get rid of it. Red looked at Candelabras toys mixed with some of his, and he let out a shaky sigh, a few tears running down his face. He felt like an idiot for thinking it would be fine to let Candelabra go down on her own. He thought he was the smartest kid in the world, but now he feels the opposite. Like a complete screw up.

He had gone out to see Candelabras grave a few times, sometimes he would go out and see Silver, Candle, or both already there, and he would just go back inside or stand away, as he felt out of place. He tried to find comfort from his sibling, but they were just silent and.. they didn't look like they felt much of anything, so he just left them alone, so Reds comfort mostly came from his mom and dad. Mostly Fan though since Test Tube was extra busy, but Red didn't mind.

Red then sighed and sat up in bed. He looked over to his water glass on the nightstand, and saw it was empty. He sighed and stood up, slipping on his shoes and picking up the glass, and leaving the room. Bot was still in their room, and perked up at the sound of a door opening. They stood up and slowly walked to their door and opened it, peaking their head out. They saw the red headed boy walking along the hall

Bot grinned, slowly and quietly stepping out of their room, closing the door and waiting till Red had turned the corner of the hallway to start following him. As Red walked down the hall and to the stairwell, he felt as if someone was behind him, but he felt like he was going insane enough already, so he didn't bother looking behind him as he focused on his task at hand.

Soon, he was in the kitchen, and he walked over to the sink. Bot peaked in through the doorframe, a big, glitchy grin on their face. Red began to fill up the glass until it was full. Red then turned off the sink and turned around, before freezing. Bot stood there in the doorway, looking down at Red with a wide smile that was glitching Red, their eyes fully white and glitchy as well. The boys eyed widened, his heart began to race as his own sibling stood there, giving him a glare.

Reds hands began to shake and sweat, causing him to drop the glass of water, the water shattering instantly against the wooden floor. Bot let out a glitchy laugh as they took another step forward. They were gonna feel happiness once more.

Chapter Text

Test Tube sat at a desk in her lab, staring blankly at the surface below as she tapped her fingers. 1 death, 2 missing people who are presumed dead too. Test Tube let out a shaky breath as she tried to think of who could've done this. All of this. It was difficult since there wasn't much evidence, except for the mess in the art room that led to it being temporarily closed down, and Paintbrush being rather horrified that something like that would go down in their room.

Test Tube didn't know how to solve this, how to get justice for the people who died, and not have any more losses. The scientist tried to think again. They thought as hard as she could, desperate to know who caused all of this pain for everyone. When it clicked. All this started a few weeks ago, when Bot was given their update. Her breath hitched in her throat as things began to piece together.

Bot. Their own creation. One that her and Fan considered their child. The one Red looked up to. Bot did start acting weird around before the disappearances started, and they have seemed so emotionless and.. empty lately, but had lashed out more easily before, and they were completely different than who they originally were before. The scientists breath sped up slightly as she felt her body warm up, clutching the edge of the desk, nails digging into the wood.

"No.. It.. It can't be.." Test Tube muttered, her arms and legs shaking. How Bot seemed so startled about something for a while, acting jumpy and nervous, before turning into something awful. Test Tube knew something had gone awful during that update, some sort of error or glitch? Then, before Test Tube could think of anything else, a pang of urgency hit in their chest, like something was horribly wrong.

Test Tube stood up from her desk, her breathing heavy as everything began to feel like a blur, before running out of her lab and quickly trying to get to the hotel as fast as she could. She didn't know what, but something was wrong. Everything was wrong.

Silver Spoon laid in his bed, just feeling so tired and out of it, like he had been ever since he processed Candelabras death. Life felt so dull, it felt like it had been raining and cloudy more outside, though a beautiful sunset always seemed to peak through, but that was it. He felt like a failure, a true failure to his daughter, and to his wife as well. First Vee, who was supposed to be his and Candles first son all those years ago before Candelabra, who came out stillborn, and now this.

He felt so unworthy of anything, like how he felt after the season 3 finale, but instead of an inner flame, or of Candle, it was of what brought him so much happiness over the past decade. Parenthood. He didn't know what to do with his life anymore. Silver Spoon just let out a sigh, and went to close his eyes for a nap to get his mind off things and to pass the time, before his eyes snapped wide open at a sound he heard from downstairs.

Glass shattering, followed by a scream. Silver quickly sat up, replaying the scream he heard in his mind over and over, before realizing. It sounded like Reds scream. Instantly, Silver knew something was wrong, the parental instincts he had left made him instantly get up from his bed, and sprint out of the room. Silvers gut had an awful feeling, and he knew he had to get down and to the kitchen immediately.

Normally the regal didn't follow his gut feelings often, but last time he failed to follow them, it cost his daughters life, and he didn't want anyone else to die, and suffer a fate like Candelabra did. After running down empty halls and almost tripping down stairs, he made it down, and quickly ran to the kitchen. Once at the entrance, has gasped as he saw Bot standing there.

The robot towered over Red, who was sitting on the floor against the counter, looking absolutely terrified and shaking. Silver Spoon had a bad feeling about Bot ever since they started acting off, but he didn't think it was true. Goes to show he had to start following his gut more. Silver then grew angry, and stepped closer. "HEY!" He shouted, his hands balled up into fists.

Bot froze, and then turned their head to look at Silver. Their expression was terrifying. Their mouth and eye outlines were fully red and glitching out, and Bot had a very wide grin and wide eyes, their eyes almost fully white, and their teeth appearing more sharp. Red also turned to see Silver, still looking scared. Silver Spoons breath hitched at the horrifying sight, but he remembered what Bot had done, and he was angry again.

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!" Silver shouted as loud as he could, purposefully trying to get others attention as well so there were more witnesses in case of something. Bot, instead of looking scared, just began to laugh, their voice glitchy and loud. The regal winced at the horrible noise, and seeming rather shocked at how unaffected Bot was. Bot began to step forward, their movements shaky.

Silver felt an internal panic, before looking at Red, still sitting on the floor with terror in his eyes. Silver heard footsteps approaching the kitchen, and he felt a bit of relief, before making a gesture to Red to shoo him out of the kitchen. Red immediately understood and got up, running out of the kitchen from a different entrance, as there were two, one leading to and from the living room, and the other down a hall.

Once Red was out of the kitchen, Silver realized he didn't know how to handle this situation. Once Bot got too close, he let out a loud yelp and used all the arm strength he could to push them backwards into the table. Bot let out a glitchy scream and fell backwards, falling onto the table and knocking it over. Bot felt surprised as no one had really fought back, except Trophy.

Then, people began to run over, gasping and whispering to themselves at the sight. Silver Spoon was breathing heavily, before it clicked. Bot did all this. Bot killed Trophy. Bot killed Suitcase. Bot killed.. Silvers body froze as he stared at Bot. "Y- You.. YOU!" Silver shouted, lunging forward and tackling the robot to the ground. Bot let out another glitchy scream and Silver tried to throw punches.

Silver Spoons vision was blurred by tears and pure rage, despite the horrible pain punching metal should be, he just felt numb.. mostly. Bot soon earned a dent in their cheek just below their left eye, until they moved out of the way, but Silver was already mid punch, causing him to hit his fist right against the wooden floor. The regals eyes widened as the pain hit him, and he let out a scream. Bot stood up and held onto the counter, letting out a laugh again.

Hearing that stupid laugh made Silver Spoon even more angry. Hearing the commotion, OJ had come over, pushing past a few horrified people, to see Silver and Bot fighting like crazy, while Silver was screaming in pain and sobbing at the same time, Bot laughing and screaming. "O- Oh my goodness.. What the hell happened?!" He shouted, looking around at anyone who could answer.

Nickel then stepped forward. "I- I don't know! I just heard screaming and came down here!" Nickel explained, sounding panicked. Back in the fight, Silver Spoon grabbed Bot and practically threw them out of the kitchen, not paying mind to anyone there. Everyone let out a yelp as the glitchy robot laughed and looked at them. Bot then quickly stood up, trying not to stumble over. "Woah! B- Bot whats going-" OJ tried to say, before Bot punched him right in the face, a crack forming on his glass head.

OJ screamed in pain and fell to the floor, everyone backing up in terror. OJ opened his eyes and saw Bot standing over him, letting out a yelp before Bot punched right into his glass head, sending glass shards and orange juice onto the floor, and OJs body going limp. Bots smile widened, feeling joy at the feeling, while everyone screamed and cried, most running.

Silver Spoon heard the glass shattering and the screams, before he looked up and saw OJ dead on the floor, Bot now turning back to look down on him sitting there. Silver looked even more pissed off, shakily standing up, blood running down his nose, and his hand still in agony. Bot then lunged forward, and Silver tried to fight back, but was quickly overpowered by the robot.

Bot laughed more and grabbed his arm with one hand, before scratching Silver straight across the chest, tearing through his shirt. The regal screamed in pain, his breathing shaky and heavy as he tried to fight back, but Bot kept dodging, or would just punch him. Then, with every bit of strength he could muster up, Silver went forward and wrapped his hands around Bots neck, trying to strangle them.

It wasn't until Bot didn't react that he remembered Bot was well.. a robot and couldn't be strangled. ".. Oh-" He muttered, before being sent to the floor again by Bot, followed by more scratches on his arms and torso, smaller but still painful. Silver Spoon felt tired and weak, before he heard something. "SILVER!" He heard a familiar voice call out. His eyes widened as he looked over for the few seconds Bot stopped attacking, and saw Candle there, her eyes wide with terror as she had been watching the whole fight.

Silver Spoon in that split second remembered.. he couldn't fail anyone else again.. and what Bot did to his precious daughter. Silver then turned to Bot again, rage once again replacing his terror, before grabbing the robot by the neck again, this time using it to hold on easier and throw them to the other side of the kitchen. Silver then stood up with the help of holding onto a chair, breathing heavily.

Upon falling on the floor, Bot landed in the small puddle of water left from the water cup Red dropped. At first it didn't get into anything, until Bot put their hand into the water puddle, not realizing it was there, before water got into the bits of their fingers that had no plastic to protect the robotic bits. Bots eyes widened and they let out a loud and pained scream as a shock of electricity coursed through them, causing them to weaken.

Silver noticed this, and then looked at the sink.. Perfect. Silver Spoon sprinted over, ignoring all the pain of his scratches and bruises, before turning the tap on, reaching down to grab Bot by the neck again, before lifting them up, and shoving their head under the water. Water touched the many thin wires that resembled their hair, and sent many courses of electricity through them again, causing more glitchy and loud screams.

For a second it was fine, until the electricity went up to Silver, shocking his arm. Silver Spoon let out a scream of pain, the electricity hitting the bleeding stretches too. The pain was agonizing, but Silver didn't let go of Bot, wanting them dead for what they did to Candelabra and the others. The regal continued to be shocked over and over, until his breathing was shakier and irregular, despite all the cries from everyone.

Then, a scream from someone caught everyones attention. "SILVER! STOP!" Test Tube shouted, horrified at the sight in front of her, OJs dead body included. Silver turned and looked at Test Tube, anger and pain in his face as tears rolled down from his eyes, and blood dripped down too. Test Tube saw how glitchy Bot was.. and her suspicion was correct. "SILVER! STOP IT! YOUR HURTING YOURSELF!" Test Tube shouted again.

Silver then finally came to his senses, letting Bot go, their twitching and glitchy body falling to the ground, though they still had the same wide grin and wide eyes. Once Silver finally processed all that just happened, it was like all the pain that had been numbed slightly had hit him now. He couldn't scream though, his throat dry and his voice weak. Silver then noticed the damage on his body, scratches on his arms and torso bleeding through his shirt, tears in his shirt too, his nose running blood, and intense pain in his arm and shoulder.

Silver then just, collapsed onto the ground, hearing his love shout his name one last time before his vision went dark. Test Tube watched as Candle ran to Silver unconscious body, falling on her knees while crying loudly and trying to shake him awake. Turning around Test Tube saw OJs very dead body on the ground, Paper, Balloon, and a few others panicking and crying around it. Test Tube then looked down at Bot. Their creation. Their child. It would be hard to repair water damage.

Test Tube looked between Bot and Silver. She didn't know why it took her this long to decide who to bring to her lab and heal, the difference that made her decide is one is able to be healed and will survive, and the other shouldn't deserve it. Test Tube sprinted over to Silver. "C'mon, I'm gonna bring him down to my lab to help..!" She said. Candle nodded and helped Test Tube with lifting him up, not caring about the blood.

"Wh- What about Bot..?" Candle asked quietly to Test Tube. Test Tube was silent for a moment, before looking at her feet as they walked. ".. It was them who did all this. I'll deal with it later." She said, sounding almost angry. Candle looked more scared once learning that it was indeed Bot who did this all. Candle let out a shaky sigh and just helped Test Tube, leaving Bots glitching and waterlogged body in the kitchen and OJs body to deal with later.

Bot felt nothing but pain, physically and mentally as they were left in a puddle of water. They felt like the glitch was now taking over their whole mind and body, and they were too weak to stop it and control it. Bot felt their vision go blurry and darken, before.. nothing. Bot thought this was it, there was no afterlife for a robot, so they must be stuck in darkness forever.

Until, something appeared. They seemed to be in a field of green grass, with blue skies and some trees in the distance. Their face was still tingly from the glitchiness on it, and blood was on their clothing from the fight with Silver. The field felt familiar. They then looked forward, and saw 4 figures in the distance. One with messy hair and handles on each side of his head, and blood and stab wounds on his stomach. The second having two braids, with the upper part of their body floating above the bottom part, being very bloody as well.

The third was shorter than the others, like a child. Three antlers on her head, each holding up unlit candles, smoke still coming from them, blood dripping from her chest and leg. The fourth had no head at all, blood and orange juice leaking from where their head used to be. All their eyes were fully white, and they stared at Bot. Bot took a step back, but they weren't able to stop smiling, or at least make it smaller.

Then, the figures disappeared, and Bot felt.. a presence behind them. They turned their head around, not their body though, and saw.. another Bot, looking like their normal self, no blood or glitchy face, but an expression of fear as the other robot stared at them. Bot just stood there, the rest of their body turning around, looking at who they once were, and then realizing who they became. Bot then let out a laugh, before speaking in a distorted voice. "D̸͔̐o̷̟͝n̵̜͠'̷̧̀t̴͙͋ ̵̬̀w̴̘͐ò̷̳r̴̺̋r̷̰͝y̷̼͂.̷̡͘.̶͉͂" They said, the other Bot looking more terrified and stepped back.

"Ǵ̶̣l̵̛̞i̷̗͆t̵͔͗c̸̜̕ḫ̷̛e̷̙̽ŝ̷͉ ̴͇̋h̵͈́a̶̙͠p̵͓͝p̶͍̈e̸͍͐ň̴͕.̴̞̉!" Bot said, before beginning to laugh almost hysterically, the sky turning pitch black, watching as the other Bot panicked as the trees and the grass glitching out and blended with the dark sky. Bot watched as their former self screamed in fear as the glitch went over them, unable to stop laughing as it fully engulfed them, and they fell to the ground. Bot looked and noticed the glitch now spreading onto them, but the laughing didn't stop, and they didn't feel scared.

"F̴̼̗͙̬͒ͅỊ̵͇̀N̴͇̥̽̐A̶̛̤̔̿L̴̦̮̬̉͝͠L̶̬̭͚͑̅̚Y̷̹͒!" Bot was able to shout, their vision once again going dark as they fell to the ground. It was finally over.

Silver Spoons eyes slowly opened. He winced at the light in the room he was in, before looking around. The first thing he heard was a gasp next to him, before he looked over and saw Candle sitting next to him. He was laying in a bed, presumably in Test Tubes lab. "Silver..! H- How do you feel?" Candle asked, smiling and holding his hand. Silver felt tired still, and a little dazed. "I.. I feel.. weird.." He was able to mutter out, looking at Candle with a soft gaze.

"Well take a moment and rest.." She said. Silver looked over himself a little, bandages all over his arms, and one large one around his torso, his shirt even off, and his hand in a cast, possibly from when he hit it against the ground. He cringed slightly at his injuries, but he let himself rest up. ".. Did Test Tube bring me here..?" He asked. "Mhm.. shes currently going back to the hotel to get Bots body.." Candle explained.

Silver Spoon let out an annoyed sigh at the mention of Bot, but ignored it. Silver then began to remember the fight with Bot, how beat up he got. At first he felt somber, but then remembered.. he won the fight. He avenged his daughter. Bot was hopefully dead. Before falling back asleep, he smiled softly, and squeezed Candles hand, before closing his eyes.

After it was revealed Bot killed everyone, it was horrifying to learn, especially to Fan, Red, and anyone who was close to Bot like Cabby, Balloon, and Nickel. But it also had a sense of peace since everyone had reassurance of what happened. Test Tube didn't know what to do with Bots body, so she stored it into a closet, planning something for another day. OJ had a proper burial as well, and Paper was quite distraught but had comfort from Cheesy and Balloon.

Silver ended up recovering and still mourned his late daughter with Candle, but they felt safer in the hotel now that Bot was gone, and Candle was grateful Silver survived that fight with Bot. They didn't know what their future held, none of the people at the hotel knew for that matter, but everyone knew recovery from this situation would take a long time. But looking outside, everyone noticed new orange flowers blooming along with the yellow, brown, and purple ones.
