Summary
When you are born into a horrible family it can be a death sentence, slowly suffocating and changing you till you die. Then sometimes being born into a good family can make you feel the same way. That's how Cassie potter always felt. Born too one of the nicest and lightest families ever known in the wizarding world, who has always felt different from her family, who always felt seen but forgotten, heard but brushed aside.
Her brother has always been the sun, oh so blinding, always so warm and kind, happy and sociable. Whereas Cassie was like the dead of night, cold and quiet, always seeming to be able to meld into the shadows as if they were one.
