Summary
In an attempt to stop the ominous happenings in the village at the foot of the mountain, the villagers sacrifice the local witch (and historian) to the Dark King, a folkloric figure who allegedly resides in the mountain castle Undahar. James St. Clair is displeased.
Otherwise known as the Beauty and the Beast AU where James is thrown into a cursed castle by a bunch of people who don't know what they're doing. Go figure.
