Wendigo Pete was roaming around the forest, wincing whenever he got his antlers trapped in the branches and leaves. He sighed, his deer ears pinning against his grown out bleach hair. He flinched when he heard a long howl come from somewhere to his left, breaking off a piece of his right antler. He cursed under his breath, clutching at the broken piece that landed in his hands. He shook his head, taking a deep breath and continuing his route back to his own house. He ignored the howl again, mentally noting how much closer it was. He squinted his eyes at the darkness surrounding the trees and fallen branches, somewhat thankful he could at least see a few feet in front of himself. He jumped when a large dark brown wolf jumped on him, pressing their paws down hard on his sternum. The wolf growled, baring its teeth before perking its ears and sitting on his chest. Pete wheezed as all the air left his lungs due to the large creature using him like a chair.
The wolf began licking at Pete's face, aware of who he was. Pete tried to squirm out from the massive ball of fur, being met with a growl. He sighed in defeat, letting the wolf lay on top of him. “Wait a minute.. Joe?” He poked at the wolf's head, causing the wolf to still before suddenly jumping up and running around him quickly. Pete held his head, closing his eyes due to how fast Joe was running. Joe grinned, pawing hard at Pete's knee and barking. Pete rolled his eyes, ruffling his ears and letting himself relax. “Dude I was wondering where the fuck you went y'know. I guess I can't speak because I did what you did too but. Still would've been nice to get that message rather then you sitting on me til I passed out from lack of air to my lungs.” Joe stilled his running, staring at him. He blinked slowly as he kept staring at him. “Don't give me that look! Even when you're a giant massive dog you still somehow manage to pull your Joe face.” Pete grumbled, crossing his arms.
Joe growled lowly at him before huffing. “Say- where's everyone else? Don't you usually hang in packs or something? Why are you going solo all the sudden?” He poked Joe right in the nose, causing him to get nipped by sharp teeth. “Ow you fucker, your teeth are too sharp jesus christ.” He held his hand close to his chest, ignoring the fact that Joe was laughing through his nose. He pushed himself up and dusting his jeans off. Joe barked, trotting over to him and standing beside him. He stood just below where Pete's sternum ended, his tail smacking the back of his thighs every five seconds. Pete shook his head, grabbing a bit of his fur and beginning to walk back. “You remember where my house was right? I can't see shit right now so i'm just picking a random way and praying its the right way.” Joe sneezed, earning a grimace from the Wendigo. “You know I could talk too right? So stop asking me questions none of us know the answers too.” Joe huffed, causing him to jump and nearly hit the back of his head on a tree.
“Fucker! Could've told me instead of ignoring me and making huffy sounds and staring at me.” He mumbled, ignoring how Joe was grinning smugly. Soon a Paragon falcon flew dangerously close to Pete, landing on Joe's head and staring directly at Pete. “Oh my god, why am I getting ganged up on? I didn't do anything wrong this time! I didn't mess with any of your drumsticks of guitars, alright!” He pouted, his left ear twitching at the feeling of a different set of eyes on him. Andy hummed, cawing at Pete before ruffling his feathers. He flew onto the ground below, shifting back to his original form. He shaking out his wings and arms, feathers lightly scattered along his arms and legs, half of his legs covered by shorts and exposing the ruffles of feathers under the hem that were connected by long and thin falcon legs. He was wearing flip flops that he altered and made himself, more feathers covering the sides of his face and neck. “You better not have or else i'll hand your ass to Stump, Wentz.”
Pete blinked a few times, feeling himself flush from the edges of his neck to the tips of his ears. Joe shifted back to his human self too while Andy warned Pete, stretching his tail and ears. He groaned, wagging his tail and smirking at Pete. “I feel very outnumbered right now.” Joe snickered, grabbing Pete's wrist and walking in the right direction to his own house instead. Andy followed close behind, occasionally stretching his wings/arms and drumming on himself or Pete out of sheer boredom. Patrick watched them close, focusing on Pete more as they walked out of the pitch black forest. The tip of his tail swayed curiously, taking interest in the Wendigo. Pete yawned while they crossed the park, taking a shortcut to Joe and Andy's house. “Wait since when did you guys move in together? Are you both dating now? You guys better spill the details or else i'll permanently damage your ear drums.” Andy grabbed the back of his hoodie, making him freeze. “If you make my hearing go, I will personally terrorize you.”
Joe snorted as he unlocked the front door, easing Andy's grip on Pete's hood and nudging them both inside. “Yeah yeah, can we save it for when after we get him to confess his weird undying love for Patrick. I don't wanna hear it anymore, he resorts to me when he wants to go into detail about all the things he wants Trick to do- Mmf!” Pete quickly cut him off by placing a hand over his mouth. “He's joking.” Andy squinted his eyes at them, crossing his arms. “...Joe and I are dating, Pete. All the late night phone calls with Joe about you yearning for Patrick and wanting him to do.. things.. that I wont mention out loud do end up with you on speaker right?” Pete paled, narrowing his eyes. “Either of you say a single word to him about this and I will burn this ridiculously cozy house down.” Andy mimicked zipping his lips shut and tossing away the key while Joe just shrugged, licking his palm to get out of his grasp. “Ew! Stop doin' that too, now I got wolf germs on me eugh.” He grumbled, walking to the kitchen to wash his hand.
Joe trotted along beside him, wagging his tail quickly and thumping his tail against the cabinets. Andy rolled his eyes fondly, sitting on the couch. Patrick knocked on the door, causing Joe to bark at the door from where he stood in the kitchen. “Oh my god, I seriously believe you're more dog than werewolf majority of the time.” Pete grinned, wiping his hands on the hand towel by the sink as Andy got up to answer the door. “Oh hey, Trick's here!” Andy smiled, pulling Patrick into a bone crushing hug. Pete perked up at the mention of Patrick, ignoring how Joe head-butted him in order to get him to move. Pete huffed through his nose, trying to nudge Joe away as they walked over to Patrick and Andy. Patrick smiled wider when he saw Pete, pulling him into a tight hug. Joe jumped onto the half mauled couch, curling up into a ball and laying his head on Andy's lap. Andy sat down beside him on the couch, covering Joe with his right arm/wing while Pete melted into the hug and cling onto Patrick even tighter.
“You look so good, Lunchbox.” Pete smiled softly at him, pulling him into the hall so they had a bit of privacy. Joe lifted his head when they walked past, huffing and dropping his head down onto his lap. Patrick raised a brow, the tip of his tail swaying curiously. Pete couldn't fight the blush creeping up his neck as Patrick kept his attention solely on him. Patrick tilted his head, a small smile on his face while Pete stuttered over his words. “Well hello Lunchbox, was wondering when you'd come by and sweep me off my feet?” Patrick raised a brow in amusement, cupping Pete's face and softly kissing him. Pete went completely still, his brain registering that Patrick - his Lunchbox - was kissing him. Pete immediately wrapped his arms around the back of his neck and kissed him back, pressing into him and holding him close. Patrick smiled against his lips, pulling back and squeezing his hip. Pete couldn't help but press into his hand, burying his face in the crook of his neck and grinning.
“Awww, did me kissing you make you all flustered, baby?” Patrick cooed, causing Pete to bury his face even more into his neck. Patrick giggled, holding onto the back of his head and rub his back. Andy laid his head back over the couch, looking in the general direction of the two. “You guys good over there? Did you two confess your undying love to each other like those Hallmark movies, hm?” Pete cackled from his spot, pulling Patrick even closer and nuzzling his jaw. Joe barked and howled, pawing at the couch and jumping in place. Patrick playfully rolled his eyes, holding Pete close as possible and kissing the corner of his eyebrow. “Does this mean we could now do double-dates since you two finally confess?” Andy grinned, rubbing Joe's head while Pete playfully flipped them off and resumed nuzzling his boyfriend's jaw.
