He turns to the source of the deep voice, and finds himself face to face with… Batman, apparently. The costume in itself is pretty ridiculous, it looks like the cheap stuff you find on Amazon prime, the fabric more akin to plastic than cotton and the size a tad too small.
However, this guy somehow manages to pull it off, mostly thanks to the big muscles he seems to be sporting underneath. His face is hidden, eyes hardly distinguishable with the mask and the low lights but his beaming smile underneath it is blinding enough to let Regulus know that this man is hot.
(Or, the one where Sirius convinces Regulus to go out to a costume party. It's supposed to be all fun and games, and Regulus even lands himself a very hot and decent one night stand, so a fun night it is. That is, until identities are revealed in the morning.)
