Summary
Isobel Collins always considered herself to have a good head on her shoulders. She was her parent’s pride and joy. A muggle born witch who showed immense promise and may even have been considered her generation’s “Hermione Granger”.
So when her Potions Professor accidentally brushed her hand when he checked her work, she thought nothing of it. When she looked up from her test and found his darkened eyes focussed on her, she thought nothing of it. When he moved her to the back of the class, she thought nothing of it.
When her Potions Professor made his rounds through the rows of tables checking cauldrons, Isobel thought nothing of it. When he came to a still behind her and leaned too closely over her to check her cauldron, she thought something of it.
