Summary

OR - When Jean and the rest of the ambassadors return home after three years away, their goal is to prevent civil unrest by uniting Paradis Island with the Allied Forces. Somehow, in the capital of Mitras, Jean runs into his childhood friend- someone he previously presumed dead.
