Work Text:

Wilbur wakes up, and he is back in the train station.

The only difference he sees is wired marking on one of the walls, the markings are a deep shade of blue.

He starts panicking (as one might), his heart starts racing (he completely forgets his heart never beat when he was stuck in limbo the first time), a wave of nausea comes over him, he crumples down to his knees, a horrible headache drowning out his thoughts, so the only thing he can think of is all the pain he felt, feels, and will feel.

His hand hold his, head has he starts crying from the pain, he repeats in quite murmurs, “No, no, not again, this can't be happening,”

He sits there until something, or someone starts shaking him. This causes him to wake up.

“-lbur, wake up. You're having a nightmare, again.” Someone says as he wakes up.

All the pain, and nausea, is still there.

He sits upright, one of his hands covering his mouth, and grabs for the rubbish-bin by the bed he had been sleeping in.

He sits there for what feels like hours, but was mostly just a minute or two, just vomiting up his dinner from last night into the bin.

He does not feel a hand on his back, rubbing circles onto his back, or hear the voice of a man telling him he is okay.

After he is done, and no longer as nausea he puts the bin down, then slides back, so his back is up against the headboard of the bed.

“You feel better, mate?” somebody on Wilbur’s left asks.

He nods slowly.

“Same nightmare as last time?” they ask.

He nods again.

“It’s okay, you're not going back.” they say.

“Not if I can help it.” they add, under their breath.

Wilbur turns to his left, the person sitting in the chair, next to the bed, is a blond haired man, with black obsidian black wings.

“Phil, I-'' he starts, then his voice breaks, and he starts crying again, because everything hurts, he fell sick to his now empty stomach, and ke keeps having these horribly vivid nightmares. Nothing is helping with them, they just seem to be more constant and vivid.

The worst days are when he spaces out and his mind wanders back to all that pain and suffering he endured, for over thirteen years.

The only way he has figured out how to deal with the horrible daydreams, is smoking.

When he does smoke though, Tommy looks at him, and the look on Tommy’s face is heartbreaking, he looks like he is just disappointed, and depressed.

When Techno sees him doing it, he just walks up to Wilbur, takes all the cigarettes on him, and throws them into a fire He started just to destroy them, then walks away without a single word.

The worst person to see Wilbur doing it is Phil. Phil will look at Wilbur, and tell him to “put that away.”. He always looks like he is going to cry when he says it too.

Wilbur looks at his jacket hanging on one of the posts at the foot of the bed, sits forward, and plus a little box from one of the pockets.

He fumbles with the box, and pulls out a cigarette. He puts it in his mouth, and is just about to light it when he looks over at Phil.

Phil is looking out the window of the room, away from Wilbur.

“Wil, please don’t.” he says, “you know how bad those are for you.”

“Wilbur, please.” Phil says, turning to look at Wilbur, his eyes shining in the moonlight, with unshed tears, “I can't lose you again.”

Wilbur sighs, and throws the entire box in the Rubbish bin.

Notes:

don't smoke. please. it is a destructicve behavior you will have a hard time braking. it can ruin lives, (and) or lead to you doing bad things. It can leave you broke, and (or) homeless. just don't do it.

anyway i hope you enjoyed, I like these angst prompts, they are fun lol.

have a good night.
