Summary
It’s the eve before the invasion, the final night Felix has, the deadline of his duty. He’s meant to enact the plan tonight; to slip poison into the alcohol, to kill everyone in the rebel group. To let the rebellion die silently, without a whisper, without a sound. The rebels are slated to die by Felix’s hand.
The way Felix’s heart shatters in his chest makes him think that this is the night of his own death.
