Summary
There are only a handful of Sardegnians left in Pacific South. Giulio Cesare stands with them as a warrior from a lost empire. Along with her sister, Conte di Cavour, Pola and Dunkerque, the lone Vichya on base, she is not quite ready to give up the ghost. Though worn down by the endless conflict with the Sirens, there are still matters that must be resolved; her quest for vengeance against the woman who took her pride and the crisis of faith suffered by her closest friend.
However, unbeknownst to everyone besides a select few members of the Royal Navy, a promise is about to be broken and an ancient enemy released on the fleet.
