BANG!
Vandrys woke up with a start. Sitting up quickly and going to grab his blade but he didn't find it at his side like it usually was he took in his surroundings and realized he was in his room in Sylvies magical mansion he could now hear laughing from Sylvie and Rodek and Anulin yelling at them to stop laughing at her. Apparently the Bang had been her falling. Once he realized there was no danger he took in his surroundings he was actually sleeping before he woke up. Usually he just meditates for four hours. He must have been truly exhausted. He looked over and could see his adventuring outfit neatly folded on a chair and all his stuff next to it set neatly on a table. He finally looks down at himself and realizes he's in one of the night gowns that Sylvie had imagined into reality for him. Now that he was focusing on himself his head hurts to the nine hells and it's hard to stay up right his legs hurt almost as much as his head. He walked over to the closet and pulled out an outfit for himself to wear for the day while getting dressed he realized he was covered with bandages from the neck all the way down to his feet. He doesn't remember ever getting so hurt to need that much bandages. He decided to ignore it and head out to where he can hear his friends.

Sylvie, Rodek, and Anulin are in the living room of Sylvie's magic mansion Anulin had just fallen and after making sure she was okay Rodek and Sylvie were poking fun at her before they changed the subject to some random other thing having nothing they really needed to talk about in their minds when all of a sudden from behind them from the hallway that leads to their rooms they heard a small crackly voice say.
"Guys?"
They all open their eyes in surprise and turn towards the voice where they see their friend Vandrys, still extremely damaged from the battle they had just yesterday leaning against the wall using his hands to keep himself up. He had done a huge amount of damage to the giant they were fighting, damaging it enough to where they could kill it but before they could do anything it had injured Vandrys to the point of passing out. He wasn't expected to wake up for one more day. Sylvie quickly rushed to Vandrys side and started to help him over to the couch. She spoke quickly.
" Vandrys what are you doing up your supposed to be resting in bed!"
Vandrys ears flicked back from the yelling he replied slowly, seemingly confused.
"I…am?"
Sylvie quickly replied.
"Yes! You're meant to be resting, why are you up!?"
Vandrys ears flinched back and he closed his eyes, pain that he would normally hide showing through his wall that are currently down, probably due to his injuries the yelling was clearly hurting Vandrys. Rodek decided to speak up.
"Now Slvie I know you're worried but you don't have to yell at the boy you're hurting him with all the yelling."
Sylvie replied, looking towards Rodek.
"But Rodek he-!"
Sylvies quickly stopped as this time she noticed the flinch from Vandrys. She softened her words when talking this time.
"You're right. Sorry Vandrys, I didn't mean to yell. I'm just worried is all. Why are you up buddy?"
Vandrys settled his ears, returning to their normal relaxed position he still spoke and answered slowly, apparently it taking a lot out of him to talk.
"I…woke up to a loud bang from when Anulin fell…it startled me out of bed so I got dressed and came out here to make sure Anulin was okay…"
As he spoke he was swaying a little clearly his injuries were affecting him.
Anulin spoke up then ringing her hands together.
"I'm sorry for waking you Vandrys I'm alright so will you go back to bed now?"
Vandrys still swaying, replied grogly and slured.
"Yeah sure m tired n- n- yeah…"
They quickly helped Vandrys to his room, the girls stepped outside and Rodek helped to switch his clothes and bandages. After he was done he called the girls back in.
Rodek spoke.
"Now Vandrys. You're injured, next time you wake up. Make sure to call for one of us instead of getting up yourself alright?"
Vandrys sleepy shaked his head yes and slurred something along the lines of alright
Before laying down and promptly passing out. Anulin walked over and tucked him in giving him a slight pat and kiss on the head. And before leaving Sylvie put an alarm up on Vandrys door making sure that next time Vandrys is to walk through his room's doors she knows when she was done setting it up she closed the door. Rodek throughout the day brought him food and drinks. With Vandrys making a speedier recovery then they thought he would. They all had smiles on their faces. It might take a couple days but they knew Vandrys would be alright and they would make sure of it.
