    In this universe, Cassandra wasn't born as a glamourous and haughty Veela.

    She was born as a part vampire, a race viewed in misinformations and misunderstandings.

    Daniel used to see vampires through the lens of these negative stereotypes before too, until one day he found out that him and Cassandra weren't that much different.
    Both were trying to survive in this cruel world, just one was a lot more aggressive in fighting against societal views, and the other succumbed to it.

    Her guarded nature intrigued him, made him more curious to know more about the truth of vampires, and was determined to spread them around so that vampires wouldn't have to be scared anymore.

    And Cassandra, may finally learn little by little, that she wasn't as alone as she thought.
