What would you all feel like
If I decide to die?
When I commit suicide,
Would you even cry?
If you saw a sunset,
Would you think of me?
Or would you forget I existed,
And set the table for three?
Would you still call my number
And buy my favorite drinks,
Forgetting I'm not here anymore,
Until your heart slowly sinks?
Would you cry yourself to sleep?
Would you have even grieved?
Or would you let out a breath,
And finally be relieved?
Would you cry till your heart feels broken?
Would you say a last goodbye?
Would you sob till you couldn't breathe?
Or would you just let out a sigh?
Relieved the house is quieter,
All the problems finally gone,
Would you be happy without me,
And sleep in till dawn?
Would your life improve?
Would all your worries disappear?
Would you finally feel joy,
Even when I'm not here?
I don't know if you'd miss me,
Anyway not like I'd miss you.
So I hope when I finally succeed,
You'll find peace anew.
