Theo didn't like being a follower, which was why he excluded himself from alot of things the other Slytherins did. He didn't like bullying 2nd year's who couldn't even defend themselves, he didn't like going to quidditch games solely to make fun of potter.. well.. he did like going to quidditch games, but not to make fun of the boy, he liked observing him while he played.
He simply liked watching the way his thighs clenched around his broom as he zoomed by the stands, the way his jaw would clench when Draco let off some sneaky remark towards him earlier on in their school life. For some reason, Theo felt himself growing to be very interested in Harry, although he hadn't the slightest idea why.
During their sixth year, Theo noticed that Draco was alot more quiet, whether it was about their Hogwarts professors, or about the boy who lived, he had alot less opinions about things. Theo assumed at first, that he was just going through a weird emo phase, but then he observed the way him and the Granger girl would share longing glances from across their tables, as if there was something stopping them from being next to one another.
This got Theo curious, but his suspicions were proven when one day, he came across Draco and Granger snogging as he was walking to potions, Theo's eyebrows raised, but he felt it was a personal manner, so he walked himself to class. This explained everything, Theo thought to himself, thats why Draco kept his mouth shut whenever it came to Granger or her 2 best friends.
Of course he observed alot of things, he was always the quiet Slytherin who stood out of peoples way, unlike people like Marcus Flint, Crabbe, and Goyle who made it their life's mission to make other peoples life's hell.
Of course, not all Slytherin's were like that. There was alot of great Slytherins who didn't care for the petty middle school drama others loved. So here he was, sitting in the Slytherin stands watching the Gryffindor v. Hufflepuff match. He loved watching Harry play, but he was always awfully jealous of the way Cedric looked at Harry, especially after they escaped the last Triwizard tournament task, holding the trophy together.
"10 POINTS TO HUFFLEPUFF" Lee Jordan yelled through the microphone as Hufflepuffs chaser swung the quaffle through the goal.
Theo watched and smirked as Harry yelled at Weasley to block and continued to search for the snitch. He was distracted from the game when he heard Pansy and Blaise start a conversation about the green eyed seeker.
"He is quite a good flyer" Pansy said watching the game,
"Not unfortunate to look at either" Blaise said smirking.
"You slut" Draco said playfully rolling his eyes, Pansy soon started cackling, which made Theo smile at his ridiculous friends, which got Blaise to bust out laughing.
All of a sudden, they watched as Harry's head snapped in a different direction and he zoomed towards something none of the Slytherins could make out.
Cedric soon followed after harry, knowing the one thing he could be chasing after. Cedric and Harry were neck and neck chasing after something no one im the crowd could see. The boys teams were now 70 - 80 with Gryffindor 10 points behind, Hufflepuff in the lead.
"10 POINTS TO GRYFFINDOR" Lee said, which made Harry smirk to himself, cocky bastard, Theo thought to himself, smiling.
"Does our Theodore have a crush on a certain chosen one?" Pansy asked, snapping Theo out of his thoughts after she had noticed the way he smiled at Harry, He rolled his eyes
"Shut up and put your attention back to the game, will you Parkinson?" He said glaring at her.
"Im sorry I said your boyfriend wasn't unfortunate to look at, Theo" Blaise said looking at him, which made Theo roll his eyes, and it actually made Draco laugh.
"Cedric Diggory and Harry Potter seem to be getting very competitive trying to get a hold of the golden snitch, which is worth 150 points, who will be the one to lead their team to victory?" Lee comments as Harry and Cedric both were reaching their hands out trying to catch the snitch.
For a minute, the whole field goes silent as everyone anxiously waits to see which of the two boys ended up catching the snitch.
"150 POINTS TO GRYFFINDOR, HARRY POTTER HAS CAUGHT THE GOLDEN SNITCH!" The commentator said smiling ear to ear as he updates the scoreboard.
The Gryffindors erupt into cheerfulness, screaming, and jumping up and down. Slytherins were respectfully clapping, as were the Ravenclaws. The Hufflepuffs clapped, but they all looked rather angry.
The main person in the crowd cheering, was sitting with the professors of Hogwarts, Sirius Black. A few months ago, he went to the Wizengamot, to prove his innocence, so he didn't have to walk around eggshells just to see his godson. He was proven not guilty and released, but that didn't make up for the time lost with his godson, so now he wanted to be apart of everything going on with Harry.
Theo watched as the team flew down to the ground and Fred and George lifted Harry on their shoulders, Harry holding up the snitch smirking. Theo's breath hitched as Harry's jersey hiked up as he threw his hands in the air, cheering, revealing his toned stomach. Theo had to force his head away, and began to look around only to see all of the girls practically drooling, even some blokes were looking down at harry confused, as if he just made them question themselves.
After the game, alot of people began to clear out of the stands, but pansy insisted they go to visit her girlfriend, Luna Lovegood, who was sitting on the stands near Harry, Hermione, Ron and Cedric who was talking to Harry. Theo's jaw clenching, just watching the interaction.
Everyone knew Harry Potter was a flirty bloke, it was basically just his personality. Why did Theo have to have a crush on someone who flirted with everyone within his reach? Theo mentally asks himself as they walk up to the group.
Luna immediately had a bright smile when she saw Pansy, jumping down to give the girl a big hug, to which Pansy immediately reciprocated.
"Missed me, sweetie?" Pansy says smiling at her
"Always." Luna says smiling, looking up at her. Harry smiled at them, and then Draco spoke up.
"Good job, Potter." Draco says looking at Harry,
"Thanks, Malfoy" Harry says with a big smile
"Cheering me on, were you?" Harry wraps an arm around his shoulder, which Draco quickly threw off
"Definitely not, 4 eyes." Draco says, straightening his back, and giving Hermione a look that went on way to long to be a glance
"Good job today Harry, I look forward to our next match so I can beat you." Cedric says smirking at Harry, in a way that made Theo want to smack that silly little smirk right off of his face.
"Whatever you say mate, don't forget to come to the Gryffindor party later on tonight, Don't be a stranger." Harry says smiling at him. That sentence alone made Theo's body vibrate with jealousy.
"See you then." Cedric walks away smiling.
Harry smirked to Hermione, who rolled her eyes at him, Ron laughed to himself, looking down.
"HEY! that reminds me, what are you lot doing later? y'all should totally come, celebrate Gryffindors win." Hermione says speaking to all of them, but looking at Draco. Seriously, how had no one except him figured this out?!
"I don't know" Blaise said speaking for the first time of their interaction,
"Wouldn't the Gryffindors be mad about snakes crashing their party?" Theo asks looking directly at Harry, It was as if this was the first time Harry realized Theo had been there, looking him up and down, then he smiled.
"Don't be silly, love, we would love to have you guys there." Harry says looking at him.
"Its settled then," Pansy smirks, looking at Theo "We will be there, with shots, of course." Pansy says with a certain dark look in her eyes.
"Please do, I need to get drunk tonight" Ron says looking at them, speaking for the first time.
"Cmon then mate," Harry says bye to everyone there and wraps his arm around Rons shoulder
"Lets go get you drunk" Harry says making Ron smirk, then they walk away.
"Wow, what a great influence you are, Harry." Hermione says rolling her eyes saying bye to the Slytherins, and Luna, then running off to catch up with them, Harry wrapping his other arm around her shoulder.
"Did we just get invited to a Gryffindor party?" Blaise asks in disbelief
"For the first time since we started school." Draco says confirming his theory
"Don't be so surprised, y'all were never on speaking terms." luna says.
"Harry was definitely flirting with precious Theodore" Pansy says with her arm still wrapped around lunas shoulder. That made Theo smile at his friends
"Of course he was, im hotter than all of his ex's combined" Theo says with a scoff. The group walked off laughing, going to get ready for their first Gryffindor party.
