Harry. Harry wasn’t safe.
Harry needed to be somewhere safe this summer. He had watched Cedric die. Watched Voldemort return. Been tortured. Seen his dead parent return while he duelled the man who murdered his parents. All during a tournament he was forced into and consequently vilified for by his peers and Britain’s wizarding world.
Harry needed to be somewhere where he could be sad and angry and scared and not alone and safe.
Where was safer than Hogwarts?

Summary
Percy survived his first year at Camp Half-Blood, and made many friends along the way, though one tried to kill him at the end of the summer.
Now he needs to brave the realities of undersea politics, handle a custody dispute, and deal with land school all at the same time. Camp's barriers weakening after the winter solstice and a new activities director being pulled in did not make his summer session any calmer.
Why can't he just have one normal year on land? Makes him wish for Kym's storm-making lessons.

Summary
Harry Potter knew he was different long before he knew he was a wizard.
The fear ebbed away and was replaced by something else as he took in the sight of the setting sun on the far-off horizon, warm-hued colors painting the buildings until they resembled a different city, the village of his dreams. Being up high was of no concern just then, as the wind picked up and it felt like coming home.

“Do you think I’d look good with pink hair?”
Dudley pauses, thinks on it.
“Like your friend Sakura?”
“Exactly like my friend Sakura.”

A second fact about Fujimaru Ritsuka: he has the somewhat unfortunate tendency to summon avatars of death and destruction at different power levels and classes – ranging from a Babylonian goddess to a servant Rider who stubbornly pretends he's not there.
And then a dark wizard from an alternate timeline finds out about the ritual to obtain the Grail, and well...

Or the one where that fucking prophecy haunts Harry all the way to the Throne of Heroes and later summoning, Ritsuka and Mash learn about unconditional love and sacrifice, and Diarmuid and Achilles have what they didn't have when they weren't alive – a happy ending.
