Draco cruzó la estancia como quien atraviesa un campo minado. La casa de Andrómeda no era especialmente grande, pero cada rincón parecía tener más historia que toda la Mansión Malfoy. Fotos en movimiento colgaban de las paredes, libros con marcas y anotaciones cubrían las estanterías, y tazas desiguales descansaban sobre posavasos gastados. El calor doméstico hacía que todo oliera a té y a galletas recién horneadas. Cada mueble tenía un uso. Cada cuadro, un rostro con historia.

He volunteered at his aunt's orphanage. He occasionally went out for a drink with friends. However, all of that changed when Hermione Granger showed up at St.Mungo's bleeding out from a vampire bite and Draco, the resident vampire healer, was charged with saving her life (kind of).

Harry looked up; vision blurry even though he’d gotten his eyes fixed magically. Moody’s staring at him with a strange emotion in his eyes that Harry doesn’t want to put a name too, not when he’s just been tortured by the man. Dumbledore stepped forward and Harry’s eyes snapped back to his. He tried to scramble to his feet, but his hand slipped, and he fell back hard onto the floor, just breathing heavily for as long as he could. Pure frustration built on his face.
“Who are you? What is your relation to Voldemort?” Dumbledore asked. When Harry doesn’t deem him an answer, Dumbledore looked beyond Harry’s shoulder and nodded. Footsteps come closer and then hands are wrapped around his arms, drawing him up into a standing position, his feet scrambling uselessly beneath him to put himself back onto solid ground. He’s weak and he felt so useless as Dumbledore’s face took on a type of grim determination Harry was sure he’d see in his future nightmares. “Do it.”
