"Yuu? Where are we heading?" Mika questioned. The only acknowledgement the blonde received was a tighter grip from the hand holding his own.
"Yuu...." Mika growled unhappily. He was in enemy territory. And being there meant he was dressed just like the humans in their black cloaks.
But even that could not settle his nerves.
"We are almost there Mika!" Yuu turned and spoke, green eyes shining and gripped Mikas demon moon company gloves tighter. "Just past a few more buildings..." Before turning and concentrating on his path again.
Mika sighed. If eyes could burn holes through things surely his would have burned through Yuu chan's back. But, obeying Yuu, the vampire waited patiently.
Together, the two twisted around the abandoned buildings and stores covered with plant life. The area really was beautiful Mika remarked. Thick trunks sprouted vibrant lush green leaves on top and the wild flowers were fully bloomed in the crevices of the street as well.
A beautiful day.
Without saying much, Yuu lead Mika inside a tall building. At first glance it fit right in, run down, collapsed a bit to the side, and leaves everywhere. However inside was another story. Lush red carpet and marble ceilings and stairs lead up multiple flights to who knew what. Chandeliers swing from the curling illuminating the flecks of gold within the floor.
The blonde tugged Yuu's hat lower on his head. Please don't notice my eyes... Please don't look! His mind pleaded to all the soldiers walking around with cursed gear.
"C'mon Mika!" Yuu whispered softly. Eyes full of delight, no doubt from Mika's expression.
"B-but Y-...." Mika started before realizing he was talking to nobody. He walked briskly to catch up to the boy at the bottom of the marble stairway.
"We have six flights to climb! You ready?" The black haired boy asked eyes narrowing in mock doubt. He put his hands on his hips. "Surely you didn't expect an elevator?" He teased.
Mika sniffed and started climbing up the steps. "What if I did?" He teased the boy below. "All this fancy insides but no elevator! What a tragedy! I'm sure the vampires have elevators!"
Yuu quickly glanced around to see if anyone noticed the mention of vampires. Luckily either no one did or didn't care. "Careful Mika!" Yuu hissed climbing put the few steps to be equal with the undercover vampire. "Some one may have heard you." With that, the human grabbed, once again, Mika's wrist and together they climbed the steps.

At the top, Mika waited patiently for Yuu to stop panting and catch his breath. He couldnt suppress a small grin at the sight of poor Yuu chan.
"S-shut up!" The boy growled eyes narrowing in Mika's direction.
Mika frowned. "But I Haven't said anything?" He said in mock concern as the human started walking down the corridor.
The black haired boy huffed and started down the hall. After passing what seemed like twenty doors, Yuu came to a stop.
He paused, green eyes flashed towards the boy beside him. "It's not much but it's my home." He told the vampire as he unlocked the door and flung the door open.
Yuu was right. The room was not much. Nothing decorated the walls or the small kitchenette. Just white walls and sparse gray furniture. Mika smiled as he stepped inside. He knew how much Yuu had saved for renting this room and so he knew full well that Yuu could not afford anything luxurious to put in it.
"Not bad." Mika noted as he stepped out of the small muddy boots he wore. He could not help but wonder what the human planned next. He was here safely in one of the Moon Demon Army's base with the light of his life.
Mika had a few ideas of what he wanted of course. But doing anything depended on what the fragile human wanted to do.
"M-Mika?" Yuu stuttered nervously as he stopped fiddling with a small tea kettle. "You did drink something before you came right?" He paused for a reply that did not come.
"I'm only asking cuz you are sizing me up like your next meal!" He said pulling the barefoot blonde away from the door entrance and into the kitchen.
"Well," the blonde began as his red eyes narrowed into slits "what can I say?" A devilish smile spread across the seemingly angelic boy's face "The thirst is real."
Yuu's green eyes widened and his face flushed red. "What do you mean by that?" He barely was able to ask. The slang way of thirst or was Mika thirsty for blood?
"You tell me Yuu chan." The vampire replied still staring down the human.
Mika was not gonna impede on Yuu's comfort zone. If Yuu took that remark as thirsty for blood he'd tease the human. If, however, the comment was thirsty for Yuu... Then maybe the black haired soldier would be down with fixing that.
Green eyes met red as the boys tried to read each other's thoughts.
"I think you mean both ways." Came the slow admission.
"Oh really?" Mika pushed as he watched Yuu leave the kitchen into the main room.
Yuu flopped on the couch on his knees and poked up from behind. "Yeah really."
Mika almost flinched at the distance Yuu had put between them.
He didn't want either.
"Aaand?" Mika pushed again. "What are you gonna do about it?" This was it! The breaking point! Mika thoughts raced through his head. If Yuu said nothing-
"Come get me."
Mika's head snapped up and his eyes were wide in disbelief.
Yuu shrugged out of his army jacket revealing the white button up he wore beneath.
Yuu smiled as he noticed the dumbfounded vampire still across the room. "Is there a certain spot you prefer? Or an artery or something?" He rolled up his sleeves. "You can see the veins really nice here in the wrist though...." He paused and glared at the unmoved Mika.
"You know." He said slowly "I did say come get me." When the tall blonde still did not move Yuu began to climb the back of the couch and snapped "COME GET ME DAMMIT!"
In a heartbeat Mika was in front of Yuu. Their lips brushed against each other. Yuu felt one of Mika's fangs barely touch his bottom lip.
"Stay." Mika breathed as he pushed the human fully on the couch. He jumped the back to join the sitting boy.
Yuu's heart hammered in mixed fear
And thrill. Mika hardly ever showed his vampire abilities outside of a battle. He had no idea what Mika would do next.
"U-uhm..." Yuu began. "You can drink up!" He said baring his wrist to the vampire beside him.
Long pale fingers closed along the outstretched wrist. "Not there." Mika told Yuu as his lips brushed against the pulse in the extended wrist.
"Oh. Uhm hold up." The human fumbled with his shirt collar exposing his neck and two small scars.
Mika grinned proudly at the sight. He pulled Yuu into his lap. But instead of a bite Yuu felt another kiss and was that? a...
Yuu gasped is shock "you licked me!" He placed his Palm over the spot.
Mika grinned and buried his face in the nest of black hair. "And I'm not even sorry." Came the smooth response.
"Ok then, if you won't bite me on the neck or the wrist, where are you going to bite me?" Yuu asked confused. Mika's even breaths and heart beat was most of what the human could feel through his back. The slow steady rhythm that kept his best friend alive every day.
A deeper breath then Mika replied. "Hmm that is a very good question."
Yuu awkwardly twisted around so he basically straddled the vampire.
"If your gonna do it, you better do it soon." There was a spoken warning of possible intruders waking in uninvited.
A pale hand cupped Yuu's round face. "Hmm..." Red eyes took In the messy black strands curling around his fingers.
He brushed the dark strands off of Yuu's forehead.
"Right here?" He teased kissing the exposed spot.
"No way!!" Yuu protested before he noticed the sly smirk.
"Hmm then I'm at a loss."
Yuu scowled as he fiddled with the top buttons of his shirt. "Freaking going to strip for you before you even consider drinking my blood. Stupid vamps." He mumbled under his breath knowing full well Mika could hear every single word.
From underneath the human, mika waited as Yuu unbuttoned almost all of his shirt.
Long pale fingers wrapped around the tan torso pulling Yuu even more closer. The boy lost his balance straddling and fell on top of Mika as the vampire bit him just under the first set of bite marks.
Heat blossomed from under the vampire's lips and spread through yuu's neck and exposed chest until it consumed his whole self.
He would never get used to that effect. Not even in a million years.
Some time passed before Yuu's head became foggy and was about to suggest for Mika to stop when almost as if reading his mind, the blond pulled away.
He beamed exposing slightly pink fangs. "Thanks for the meal Yuu-chan!"
Yuu huffed cheeks still flushed. "After all that fuss you decided to bite practically the same spot!" He pushed up off of the taller boy to stand.
"Hmm... Yeah!" Mika admitted without any drop of shame.
"Ugh!" Yuu made a show of making a face. "Sometimes it think I'm stuck with the most wicked of all the vampires!"
"Me? Wicked? Yuu chan I think you mean wile!"
Yuu's face fell as he thought. "I have no idea what that means Mika." He glared. Yuu hated how stupid he was sometimes.
"It's alright Yuu chan." Mika said with a grin. "I'll gladly teach you whatever you want."
Yuu gasped "MIKA!?" He said as his cheeks turned red once again.
"I love you Yuu chan~!"
The human glared. "Sure you do." He mumbled.
"It's true!" Mika insisted. "Yuu chan why don't you believe me!?"
Yuu stepped close to Mika and softly kissed the worried vampire's cheek.
"Just kidding. I love you too my little vampire."
