Summary
Cloud and Zack ride together towards Midgar, chasing the trail Sephiroth left behind. Cloud swore to himself that he'd never forgive Zack, that he'd hang on to his hatred, for what he'd done to him - but he underestimated how hard it'd be to keep his distance from the only person by his side, especially while watching him fall apart under the guilt.

Summary
When Hisoka crosses Kurapika and betrays him to Chrollo Lucifer, the leader of the murderous band of thieves known as the Phantom Troupe, Chrollo proposes that simply killing Kurapika as revenge for their fallen comrade is too easy, and suggests they play a game instead.
Whatever Chrollo says, he must do, and in exchange, Kurapika's dearest friends, Gon and Killua, get to live another day.
And whoever breaks their promise, dies.

Summary
It’s just sex, Kurapika tells himself. It doesn’t mean anything. It could never mean anything.
Except after both of them have finished, Chrollo rests his forehead against Kurapika’s to catch his breath. Then he reaches up, and his fingers brush Kurapika’s sweaty bangs from his face with something far too much like tenderness.
It was just supposed to be sex. Kurapika doesn’t know when feelings became involved, but now it's too late for either of them to stop.
