You opened one of your eyes sleepily to see the soft light coming from the window of the pod. You stretch your legs feeling sweet relief as you did so. You roll over to your other side to see your love Floyd sleeping peacefully next to you with his white and hot pink hair slightly messy from sleeping. God you loved how fluffy his hair looked in the morning.
You lifted your hand to gently stroke Floyd's soft hair. Trying to not wake him up. His hair felt soft between your four fingers. Sadly your efforts for not waking him up had failed as he stirs at the touch of your hand on his head. He smiled at you as you sheepishly smiled back at him. "Morning." he said his voice still laced with sleep."good morning." You said your tone of voice mimicking his.
There was a minute of silence that had followed.while you we're both lost into each others eyes, you felt a light weight put onto your hair as Floyd started to stroke your hair lightly. You both tried to not giggle as Floyd took his out of your hair. Where he wrapped both his hands around you, pulling you into a gentle yet tight hug resting his forehead next to yours.
A soft sigh has escaped your lips as you closed your eyes enjoying every second of this moment. Wrapping your hands around Floyd. You lift your head to lightly kiss him on the nose. A chuckle can be heard from your loves throat as he tightens his grip on you a bit as you pulls you in for a soft kiss on the lips.
Smiling to yourself the two of you stay in that position for a while, enjoying the silence of the morning. As soon as when you both woke up. You both ended up drifting to sleep. Deciding to get some more sleep before officially starting the day.
