“Um.”
“Hm?”
“I'm hugging you,” Will's voice was muffled by him snuggling deeper into Nico's neck. Which was very warm by how much he was blushing.
Nico scoffed.
“You're a dork.”
“I'm yours.”
Nico sucked a breath in and swallowed. His words came out a bit strangled.
“..you can't just say that.”
Will smiled, his hold on Nico's waist tightening, fingers dancing across his torso. It was fuller, now that Nico had 3 balanced meals a day.
“Why can't I say that?” Will whispered into Nico's ear.
He barely suppressed a shiver, his hands finally coming up to circle around Will's hands.
“It makes me-hm!” Nico got cut off by Will kissing the junction between his jaw and ear.
“Makes you what?” His voice was slow like a chocolate fountain dripping into his ears.
“Will, stop. I'm gonna die.”
“Hm, yeah, your heartbeat is racing, and I can feel your adrenaline going through the roof. Maybe I should stop,” Will said, going to pull away, but before he could do so, Nico turned around and wrapped his arms tightly around his neck.
“I will actually break your nose and ruin your pretty face, so help me Will Solace.”
Will chuckled at that, leaning impossibly closer into Nico's space, hands at his hips, pinning him to the counter.
“Nah, you wouldn't do that.”
The kiss that came after was desperate, and left Will weak in the knees, making him wish he were the one pressed up against the counter.
He pushed and Nico pushed back into his space, making him stumble back with Nico on top. He angled his face to deepen the kiss, and dear lord, that was the best thing he ever did.
Maybe he should do this more often.
