From Fall to Spring

Summary:

A small look at how their senior year together could have gone. Set during s4 (1985~1986).

Work Text:

Chrissy and Jason officially started dating in October; half of their friends had known since September. Everything was picture perfect.

They broke up after New Year's on good terms. They moved on.

That is, until Jason caught Chrissy kissing Eddie. He promised not to tell anyone, for her sake. Jason's wariness of Eddie crumbled when Chrissy told him about the late Valentine he'd made for her.

They didn't last a month. Neither had felt it, Chrissy said.

"One day, we'll each find it."

Still, Jason had to know.

So did Eddie.

Spring break ended, and there it was: that spark.

I only own the writing.

For the curious... My first StTh fic without Billy or Steve, what... Also, hard word count limits can be tough. X_x;; I knew my brain would circle back around to these three eventually, though.

Don't worry about Chrissy. She definitely meets someone after high school — maybe even outside of their hometown (gasp).

I feel kinda bad that both of the Eddie sides of this triangle of figuring stuff out are most likely secret relationships... But that's only until things get serious on the Munver side! ~_^
