Work Text:
The chilly morning was quite the experience for Shane and Harvey. They struggled to go back to sleep with the lack of warmth their other boyfriend had shared with them.
Minutes before this, they tried to woo him back to bed to sleep longer, but they were left to no avail as Elliot refused to leave his desk. He was insistent that he needed to finish another page before returning to them, but he has been over there, at his desk, writing more than just a page.
They were needy, very cold, and in need of cuddles.
Could you blame them?
Their boyfriend was pretty, and he was warm.
They groaned multiple times, both of them. Biting back a whine as they continued to cuddle each other, but with the lack of smooth, warm skin they were left freezing on the bed huddled inside the blankets.
“Elliot, my love, please. Return to bed and rest!” Harvey urges; high-pitched and whiney. He was only met by Elliot's harsh glare. “Harvey, my dear, I would love to but I need to finish this.” He replied, and in the background, you could hear Shane's unsatisfied groan that was followed up by a frustrated voice.
“Eli, for the love of god, just return to the bed and cuddle with us,” Shane lifted his upper body off of the comfy pillows and spoke sourly which he was met by Harvey's scowl. “Do not be rude to our lover Shane!” He scolded as he huffed beside him, crossing his arms in retaliation.
“I have the freedom to say what I want and I can be mean about it.” Shane rolled his eyes and slumped back to the mountain of pillows they gathered.
They asked him countless times and for the next ten minutes. They were met with ‘no’ every time they asked. But the last straw that tipped him over the edge was when they did not let up and kept asking him. They began to beg louder and in that instance, he decided he had had enough of their incessant whining for today.
He got up from his desk, stretched his body, and headed to their bed much to his dismay. He finally got in the middle of the two happy men who were intently waiting for him.
“You do know that the both of you are strong enough to carry me back to bed, right? The both of you aren't weak.” Elliot says softly, he was only met by a couple of chuckles, fits of giggles, and hugs to his chest. He sighed and rolled his eyes with a small, knowing, smile.
Elliot smiled a final time as he started to slowly drift into slumber. The two men followed minutes after they settled in the warmth that Elliot produced.
“Alright, fess up! Who was the one that made a mess of my desk?!” Elliot screeched in horror upon meeting his disastrous desk. The papers that he worked tirelessly had been soaked in water. The two men looked at each other guiltily as Elliot's burning stare made holes in their heads.
