    It had been a long day. More-so for their blue friend than for the rest of them, but it should’ve been expected that no fight against the doctor would be that easy. Even if they couldn’t remember the difficult part.

    Sonic had informed them of his long, and (kind of?) timeless adventure through this: ‘Shatterverse.’

    It didn’t take a genius to see this adventure had taken its toll on him, and that was made especially clear when they landed outside the lab and Sonic was fast asleep in the seat behind the two-tailed fox.
