Legally speaking, he wasn't trespassing. His name was on the lease. The rent was paid automatically from his checking account each month. He'd once held the original keys, and he’d placed them in Vash's palm without hesitation. There was only the thorny issue that Vash had never given him a key back, never intended to, and had, without ever saying so explicitly, forbidden him from visiting. In the two years and counting Vash had lived here, Nai hadn't set foot past the threshold once he'd helped him move in. And he'd never asked to.
