    After a devastating rescue gone wrong, Buck blames himself for not being able to save the life of a 16 year old kid. The rest of the family survived, and the dad blames Bobby for pulling Buck out of the rescue before he had a chance to save his son. And now he wants revenge. He had to watch his son die - and now he wants to inflict that hurt on Bobby by targeting Buck for the same fate.
