   Summary

   She’s warm against his side, a welcome contrast to the chilly sea air off the coast of Crossbones Bay, and Key tries to get as closer to her as he can, pushing the thought that this could be the last time he’ll be able to do so out of his mind as he puts an arm around her shoulder, lazily circling the pad of his thumb on her bare arm.

   At another time, this would have been a perfect end to an otherwise uneventful day.
