Summary
After the collapse of the Republic, Ahsoka Tano seeks refuge on the harvest moon of Raada. She joins a farming collective and spends her days repairing equipment and helping out with whatever she can to stay busy and keep the disturbing memories of the past at bay.
Ahsoka quickly forms a special bond with farmer Kaeden Larte. As Kaeden's feelings for Ahsoka deepen, the farmer can't help but feel frustrated by the emotional barriers standing in the way as the former Jedi struggles with past regrets, grief and her lingering, undisclosed feelings for Captain Rex.
But even though Ahsoka's inability to return her feelings weighs heavily on Kaeden's heart, she is convinced that the other woman could return her affection if she only could get past her mental obstacles.
When Kaeden accidentally overhears Ahsoka’s sobs on the night of the commemoration of Order 66, she decides that enough is enough. She can't stand to see Ahsoka hurting anymore, and whether the Togruta wants her help or not, Kaeden is going to get the other woman through the night and help her forget the past.
