Amity lay next to Luz, resting her head on the human's shoulder. Her golden eyes locked on the small screen in front of her
The dim glow illuminating the room, They really should have been sleeping, but Luz had been waiting months for this
The pair had awoken at midnight, and had been up the last several hours, the bags under their eyes was proof of that
Luz stuck out her tongue in concentration as she piloted her character on the screen
However, she was stopped when the enemy appeared on the screen.
She tensed up, wondering if she was going to have to fight
Amity watched and read the dialogue as it popped up
The witch let out a gasp, and rose from the bed and hurried over to the walk in closet’

Luz raised her eyebrow, turning her eyes from the Switch over to her girlfriend as she began to dig through the materials, tossing them to the floor in a frenzy
“Where is it….I know it is here somewhere……”
Luz paused the game and set the device on the nightstand.
“What are you looking for Sweet Potat—-” Luz began to question
“Found it!!!!” Amity exclaimed in joy, stepping back into the room
In the dim light, Luz watched as Amity dusted off the piece of clothing, floofed it up and placed it atop her head.
Luz had forgotten they had gotten Amity that months ago, but it did look cute on her
The witch then walked back over to the bed, laying down and readjusted herself so she was pressed back against Luz
“Okay…..we can continue….” Amity stated softly
Luz grinned, picking the switch back up, shaking her head
“You really like Vivian, don’t you?” Luz said, trying to hide a chuckle
“She gets picked on by her siblings, decides to join the good guys, and is adorable! She just like me!!!!!” Amity nodded
“That she is….” Luz agreed, pressing a kiss to the Amity’s cheek as she unpaused the game as the purple shadowy witch joined her party
