It was raining in Gotham, nothing new it's almost always raining.
Angel Wayne-Todd, sat at her desk at her agency, putting case files away. Excited for her date.
There's a knock, and Angel looks at the camera's to see her husband. She opens the door, and he comes in.
“Was finished with patrol early, thought I'd give ya a ride home,” he kissed her cheek, and sat on her desk.
“Yes, I'm ready I just need to go home and change my love,” she puts away her case files, and grabs her keys after putting her things away.
Then they go outside, she locks up her workplace, they head to their truck and drive home.
Once home they go inside, Jade, their eldest child is coming out of Mia's room.
“Hey mom, I fed Mia supper and put her to bed, can I VC Jack?” She sways slightly, and smiles.
“Of course sweetie, but be in bed by at least midnight?” she ruffles her hair, and goes to get ready.
After a bit, she returns in a nice red sequin dress, and a pair of matching flats.
“I'm ready,” she meets him and they share a kiss.
“You look absolutely beautiful,” He takes her hand, walking her to the truck, opening the door on her side.
She nods, and smiles, before getting in. They make the short drive to Gagliono's Italian Bistro.
They park, and head in. The bistro is beautiful with its 1950's style.
The couple take their seats, and look over the menu. After a short time the waiter walks up.
“Are we ready to order?” He takes out his pen and notepad.
“Yea, I'm having the shrimp cocktail, with a cosmopolitan,” she sets the menu down.
He smiles, “Good choice, I'm going to order the 5 cheese lasagna, with a cold beer,”
“Excellent, your food will be put shortly, I'll get your drinks started,” The waiter writes down their order.
