tarzan AU aokaga inspired by the wonderful mind of @MereMichelle ! taiga is tarzan, daiki is sort of jane sort of clayton sort of his own thing, and wakamatsu is there! i don't particularly ship wakamatsu/momoi but i thought he'd fit pretty well into this scenario as an aggravating presence for daiki, and i think they'd be cute together anyway :')
so i wanted to make the language in this fit more in keeping with the time period tarzan is set in (late 1800s), while still feeling like daiki. it was pretty difficult to balance, and there are a few instances of historical inaccuracies but we're just running with it, ok? they're all still japanese, and they speak japanese, but i did have the three of them (wakamatsu, momoi, daiki) all go over to london to study nondescript nature degrees just for fun. i've really enjoyed writing this one!! i hope you enjoy it too :') it is currently at 18k (edit: 70k) words so it's another long one!!
