Summary
After a second, he starts talking. He says that he discovered why she's so angry, she immediately snaps back at him and tells him that there isn't just one reason for it, but if there was it would be him. That she joined the institute because of him, and fell down a constant spiral of shit-eating. He coughs into his fist and mumbles something. She balls her hands into fists and asks him what the hell he just said.
“Bullet.” Jon finally says, “The bullet, in-in your leg.”
