Work Text:

The door isn't even entirely closed when Alex slams Henry up against it, glaring at him.

"You stole my target."

"Payback for Amsterdam," Henry says, shoving Alex back enough to flip their positions. "I spent three weeks undercover for that one and you took the guy out before I could finish the job."

"He was distracted. I figured I should take advantage," Alex says, twisting to hook his foot behind Henry's knee and knocking him off-balance. That moment before Henry stabilizes himself is enough for Alex to get the upper hand. One moment, Henry has him against the door, the next, he's pinning Henry to the floor. One of his hands wrapped around both of Henry's wrists while the other helps him keep his balance to start, using his weight to hold Henry's legs in place.

"Prick," Henry mutters under his breath and starts trying to escape.

But Alex is sitting on him and holding his wrists in a way that means Henry can't move his arms well, even if Alex is only using one hand, both of Henry's wrists fitting in his grip perfectly.

"Are you done? Let me go," Henry grits out. Alex snorts because absolutely not. He has plans for this little shit.

"Mm, I don't think so, sweetheart," Alex says with a grin and pulls out his favorite knife. Henry audibly swallows at the sight of it, eyes following the way Alex flips and twirls the blade.

When Alex presses the flat of the blade against Henry's throat, he goes still, hardly breathing in an attempt to limit his movement. At a slow pace he knows must drive Henry nuts, Alex starts tilting the blade until the sharp edge is resting against skin.

This time, when Henry swallows, it's involuntary and causes the knife to dig in the slightest bit. Alex draws it to the side, enough to have blood welling up in the new cut.

"Alex," Henry gasps, hands flexing like he wants something to hold onto.

"Yes, baby?"

The answering shiver causes another cut to open, a rivulet of fresh blood rolling down the pale skin of Henry's neck.

"I won't beg," Henry says eventually, tilting his chin and sticking it out the way he does when he's trying to be tough. "Before you even try."

"Oh, darlin'," Alex drawls, lifting the knife to his mouth and dragging his tongue along the edge to get the blood—Henry's blood off it. He makes a little bit more of a show than he probably needs to, but he does enjoy the way Henry tastes in just about every way. The tip of his tongue flicks over the tip of the blade and the flush creeping over Henry's face darkens significantly. "We have hours until check-in. Plenty of time to get you begging."

Henry lets out a shaky breath, eyes tracking every movement of Alex's mouth, and Alex gives into the urge to smirk.

Maybe using his husband's weak points against him is mean, but it's fun.
