   Summary

   Every 20 years, when the 3 moons line up, Daemon flood the surface of the earth to feast on the flesh of humans. Averyn, an illegal magic practitioner, prepares for the cull that comes every year. Unable to enter her home city of Peross for protection, she must figure out a way to survive the culling night on her own. Things are further complicated when she accidently injuries a Daemon. Will the two survive the night of horror? Or will they be killed in the chaos?
