   The group are being held captive in Moonrise Towers (If you try to just leave Act 2 and sneak past the Army, you’ll be caught and locked up in Moonrise) and one of their group is chosen to be Araj’s new test subject.

   Those potions and elixirs won’t brew themselves and what better Guinea pig/Test Rat than a vampire who can only be killed by certain means.

   Plus we know Araj has had fantasies of doing certain things with a vampire since she was a little girl. So when opportunity presents itself to finally get her hands on one, it’s safe to say that she would answer with an emphatic ‘Yes, I want It.’
