Summary
While the satanic nuns of the Chattering Order of St. Beryl were destined to switch the Anti-Christ with an appropriate family to raise him, the Church of Samyaza was meant to ensure he was conceived in the first place.
Though there was some flexibility in the potential methods of producing the Anti-Christ, there were a few more rigid requirements. One of the nonnegotiable elements was the involvement of a jackal in the process. But Satan took one look at the small canine that he was supposed to mate with and rejected the entire idea. With rather strong, loud, and vulgar words.
Which led to the shift towards the alternative option of using a human to bear the child. And since the Anti-Christ needed to be a son, six women would be chosen to increase the chances. Orphans from a variety of backgrounds raised for the express purpose. Never knowing their true destiny or who their church served.
A jackal remained necessary for success, even if it would not be the mother of the Anti-Christ. But there were other options. Demons were infamous for their skill at possession.
