And for the first time, Gyuvin witnesses something truly remarkable. A wide grin breaks across Ricky’s face, teeth showing and everything. It’s gummy, and Ricky’s nose scrunches a little, and he looks so much like a cat that Gyuvin wants to pick him up and cuddle the ever-loving shit out of him.
That nauseous feeling is back again—but this time, Gyuvin isn’t drunk on some shitty corner store alcohol. No, it’s the sweet smell of Ricky’s cologne and whatever conditioner he uses to make his hair that shiny.
Life had been pretty smooth sailing for Gyuvin up until this point. Because now his ship was capsizing, and Ricky was the tidal wave threatening to upend everything Gyuvin had ever known.
Gyuvin is a simple guy. He thinks he has this whole adulthood thing figured out. Get his degree, find a decent paying job, and try to not lose contact with his friends. Oh, and starting a family… but that’s a problem for after graduation. Love has no purpose in the life of a university student.
That is, until Shen Ricky comes along.
