They pile back into Gilear's apartment, dropping damp towels on the tile.
"I cannot believe you two forgot your sunscreen." Fabian— first through the door, freckled fiercely from the sun— shakes his head, peeling off his damp tank top. Said sunscreen (one bottle shoddily labelled RIZ and one ornately Elvish) sit unassumingly upon the table. Fabian gives them an unamused glance, and marches off to change.
"I thought they were in my briefcase," Riz groans, throwing a towel down and flopping onto the couch. His shoulders and cheeks are tinted yellow; when he peels off his swim shirt, he's much more careful.
Kristen (nearly immune to the sun from her various camp summers) almost, almost, tries to pat his shoulder in sympathy, but Riz's scathing glare cuts her short. Adaine slips into the bathroom to change— she's painted pink, too, just not as bad.
Gently perching on the unoccupied end of the couch, Gorgug mumbles, "There's probably some aloe in Adaine's jacket." He pats Riz's leg; he's not burned either, skin as resistant to the sunshine as it was to most other things.
Fig, infernal and likewise unaffected, grabs a bag of frozen peas and passes it to the couch dweller. "I could'a sworn you put it in there!"
"I didn't," Riz grumbles.
"I don't know if any of my spells'll help, but I can try if you want?" Kristen pulls her tome from her beach bag, shaking it free of her tie-dye tee. "Does this count as a wound? Can I use Cure Wounds?"
"Mine isn't that bad," Adaine calls, before the door clicks open and she steps out in her arcane t-shirt, trading places with Kristen.
"It's just annoying," Riz grumbles, taking Adaine's jacket and pulling a green tube from the pocket. He glances over his shoulder, eyes narrowing, and begrudgingly passes it to Gorgug.
He flops over, face-down, and lets the orc work.
