“Are you crazy hyung? Do you actually think I could convince him to do this?” Jungkook asked.
“Of course. He dotes over you. That’s why I have to convince you,” Taehyung said. He tightened his grip on Jungkook’s hands. He had jumped onto Jungkook’s bed the second Jungkook was alone and he had Jungkook’s hand in a death grip. Jungkook gave him the typical ‘are you insane you crazy person’ look that Taehyung was used to.
“Hoseok thought this was a good idea?” Jungkook asked. Taehyung nodded his head.
“Of course. He didn’t hesitate when I asked him,” Taehyung said. Jungkook’s eyes widened in response.
“So this isn’t your guys’ idea, this is just your idea?” Jungkook asked. Taehyung gave Jungkook an exaggerated pout.
“Jungkoooook, I just wanted to do something that normal couples do and go on a double date. It’ll be fun, pleeeeeasssseeeee?” Taehyung asked. Jungkook rolled his eyes and sighed.
“I can’t make any promises,” Jungkook said finally. Taehyung was like a dog. Jungkook believed that if Taehyung had dog ears, they would have been perked up right now.
“But you’ll ask him?” Taehyung asked. Jungkook silently nodded his head.
“Which means it’s a yes from you?” Taehyung asked. Jungkook almost shook his head, but when he saw the desperate look in Taehyung’s eyes… he decided to just shrug. Taehyung smiled and gave him a dramatic hug. Jungkook rolled his eyes again.
“Well, if Seokjin says no, tell him it’s 3 to 1!” he said happily, jumping off the bed and heading back to his room that he shared with Hoseok.
“No, it’s not!” Jungkook said, but Taehyung was already down the hall and ignoring him.

“… What were you thinking?” Seokjin asked. Jungkook sighed and buried his head further into Seokjin’s neck.
“I know… I’m sorry. I could just tell he was going to be really upset if I said no…” Jungkook tried to explain. Seokjin sighed and continued rubbing Jungkook’s back. The two of
them were having a night alone, just the two of them, and Seokjin wished that Jungkook had waited until the morning to tell him. Not during their special night alone.
“Do you not like Taehyung or Hoseok, hyung?” he asked. Seokjin hit the back of Jungkook’s head almost immediately.
“Don’t say stuff like that. You know that’s not the case. It’s just that... well…” Seokjin began, not really sure how to word what he wanted to say. Jungkook looked up at him with his big, brown eyes and Seokjin felt pressured to say something.
“Well, you know, they… they are a lot… louder than us, and they are both very physical with their affection, wherever they are… It might be weird and… a lot of pressure,” Seokjin said. Jungkook knew exactly what Seokjin was trying to say because he had those thoughts himself.
“I know hyung. Just one night… and we can go back to judging them from afar,” Jungkook said. Seokjin chuckled, knowing that Jungkook was (sort of) making a joke. Jungkook smiled and laid his head back on Jungkook’s chest.

“You know they think we are crazy and a little bit stupid,” Hoseok said. Taehyung shook his head.
“I don’t think they think we are stupid… they just have a different sense of humor… and different ways of expressing themselves,” Taehyung said. He slipped into Hoseok bed and leaned against Hoseok, who was sitting against the wall. He rested his head on Hoseok’s shoulder.
“Yeah, speaking of which… You know how you and I can be pretty… physical, even out in public?” Hoseok asked. Taehyung nodded happily.
“Sure… That’s what I like most about us,” Taehyung smiled. He looked up at Hoseok and Hoseok smiled back down at him.
“Me too… but have you ever noticed how Jin and Jungkook don’t really show any PDA?” Hoseok asked. Taehyung nodded again.
“Yeah. When they said that they were a couple, I thought they were joking until a couple of weeks later they finally kissed in front of us,” Taehyung said.
“Exactly. Maybe while we’re on this date, or whenever we are out with them, we can try and be a little more… subtle?” Hoseok said. Taehyung rolled his eyes and put his head back on Hoseok’s shoulder.
“Relax hyung, I already know. I won’t do anything too physical if you won’t,” Taehyung said. Hoseok chuckled and put Taehyung’s hand in his own.

“Well, I had read reviews that it was going to be terrible, so I’m happy it turned out okay,” Hoseok said, referring to the movie they had all just finished watching. They were all now seated at one of their favorite restaurants, chowing down on as much food as they could all handle.
“Wait… If you thought it was going to be terrible, why did you let us all go see it?” Seokjin questioned him. Hoseok just smirked and shrugged his shoulders. Seokjin rolled his eyes and looked at Jungkook, who also just shrugged his shoulders.
“At least it was good, and the food is even better!” Taehyung said excitedly. He grabbed some more of his rice and chowed down some more. Hoseok chuckled at his boyfriend’s cuteness, whereas Jungkook just ignored it as usual. Hoseok turned his attention back the other couple across the table.
“I’ve got to say, I’m really surprised you guys agreed to come out here tonight,” Hoseok admitted. Jin and Jungkook both looked up at him, a little surprised to hear him say it out loud. They looked at each other, and then back to him.
“Why does it surprise you?” Jin asked. Hoseok shrugged.
“I guess I just assumed you guy prefer being alone together, and thought that maybe me and Tae would be a bit… much for you,” Hoseok admitted.
Jungkook and Jin shared some more looks with each other. They were obviously a bit confused as to what Hoseok was referring to. They looked back up at him and asked him at the same time.
“What do you mean by that?”
“I just meant that… I know that me and Tae can be really physical and loud and you guys are so shy and quiet, and together you’re just shyer and more quiet. I figured you guys wouldn’t want to hang out with us in a setting like this. I’m really happy you guys said yes though. We had a great time,” Hoseok said. Tae smiled at his boyfriend’s words, and rested his head on his shoulder, looking over at the other couple.
Jin and Jungkook looked at the other two boy, a little bit jealous of how cute they looked together now. They both began to wonder why they ever felt so uncomfortable hanging out with them. Jungkook held Jin’s hand under the table, catching his attention and making him smile.
“We had a great time too,” he said. He looked at Jungkook, and Jungkook smiled back at him. Jungkook did something he didn’t normally do, and he leaned in and gave Seokjin a sweet little kiss on the lips. Taehyung pretended to gasp and whisper in Hoseok’s ear.
“Look… they really are a couple.” Hoseok chuckled at Tae making fun of the two, and Jungkook kicked Taehyung under the table as hard as he could manage.
“Ooooooowwwww,” Taehyung whined, but he let it out with a laugh, and Jungkook knew he was fine. Seokjin and Hoseok looked at each other and they playfully rolled their eyes. That’s what they got for dating two members of the maknae line.
