   Summary

   Buck looked in the rearview mirror. He saw Eddie look up, probably to ask why Buck had turned off the lights and sirens, and then he saw Eddie’s eyes grow when he saw the gun pointed at Buck. At that moment, the guard in the back pointed his gun at Eddie, and Buck’s heart stuttered dangerously.

   But Eddie didn’t notice. He was still staring at the gun pointed at Buck. “What the hell.” He said. He didn’t even sound concerned, he just sounded annoyed.

   Eddie turned to the guy pointing the gun at him. His face was shuttered, eyes blazing.
