Fu Xuan hadn't accounted for her to encounter a familiar face while she went out on her short trip to buy herself a drink but now here she is, stunned and awkwardly shifting her weight between her feet.
"Oh it's the Master Diviner, have you seen March? A gust of wind blew some photos out of her hand and she's been trying to chase them down." Stelle half laughs but it's clear that she's more exasperated than anything. "Didn't expect to see you hanging around. Is the Divination Commission not busy or something?"
"I -" before Fu Xuan could come up with an excuse a very familiar voice cuts her off.
"Eh?! Master Diviner?!"
What are the odds that Qingque just so happens to be ditching work and arrives at the Alchemy Commission on the one day that Fu Xuan decides to indulge in her sweet tooth during work hours.
Stelle looks between the two women and locks eyes with Fu Xuan who gives her a pleading look.
"Say Qingque, what are you doing here during work hours?" The Master Diviner nods enthusiastically and gives Stelle a silent thanks.
"Uh..." usually finding an excuse is in Qingque's blood but she seriously didn't expect to find her boss within 10 minutes of her slacking off. Her brain quickly runs through any possible response she could give when she suddenly remembers a conversation she had with Jing Yuan previously. "I go where the Master Diviner goes!"
