Summary
The following document is a written journal found in sector E8 of the Olympic Exclusion Zone. It is believed to have originated from a Breacher that managed to bypass the checkpoint and gate security systems. It is unknown at this point if the perpetrator has vacated the area, and until their whereabouts are confirmed, this case will remain active, and all evidence will be considered.
.::Edit::. A note to the investigations department: We are confident in our statement that the document provided is not only unusual, but improbable. This Breacher, assuming they live, is quite evidently under the delusional effects of psychedelic consumables. There is, at this point, no evidence to suggest the existence of the ‘anomalies’ mentioned therein, nor any records of the personnel they claimed to have been in contact with. This is clearly another young fool with delusions of grandeur. Once found, they will be prosecuted with the full weight of the law.
