Summary
Gyuvin has always lived under his father's oppressive thumb, forced to commit unspeakable acts in his family's name. But one day, he's had enough. He packs his bags and leaves his old life behind, determined to forge a new path across the treacherous Main Waters. When he hears whispers of a legendary treasure left behind by the Pirate King of the East, Gyuvin's sense of adventure is reignited.
He stumbles upon the crew of the Soul Seeker, a surprisingly friendly pirate crew with serious money issues. However, a pretty blond with an attitude problem is determined to make his life on board as difficult as possible.
And then there is the crew of the Black Rose, who want the treasure almost as much as themselves.
Between meeting witches, mermaids and power-hungry captains, Gyuvin and Ricky struggle to make sense of what they feel for each other.
Excerpt:
“Fuck!” Gyuvin cries as he gets up from the rubble. “I got sand in places the sun has never seen before!” he curses.
“At least you’re alive.“ Ricky says, “You could’ve also landed on your head and died.”
“You would’ve liked that, wouldn’t you?” Gyuvin retorts. Ricky just smirks in response.
