   Summary

   When the day of Clorinde’s departure inevitably came, Navia stayed home for the first time in a long while, which only cemented how too little, too late the change was. Unable to muster the energy to go to work, she sat curled in her armchair, staring placidly out the balcony as the sounds of clothes being packed away and bags being zipped cut through the quiet.
