Summary
Sam is hit with what is commonly known as the ‘first touch curse’. Without the cure, the condition is fatal. Fortunately, the cure is very simple. Having sex with the first person to touch you after being attacked will reverse the otherwise lethal outcome. Unfortunately, the first person to touch Sam is his own brother, Dean Winchester.
