Summary
Raised in an orphanage, San knows nothing of his magical heritage. However, when he reached the age of maturity, he discovered that he possessed the powers of both the light and the dark. He doesn't know how his dark powers came to be, but they could get him killed by the magical enforcers: a group sworn to remove black magic from the world.
He lives in the shadows, hiding in plain sight from the hunters, trying to live peacefully with his cat despite the rumors of his evil powers. Stealing around dinner, San stumbles across an attempted murder. San, refusing to watch an innocent man be killed, is left with no choice but to use his dark powers, and save the man.
He runs for years from the enforcers who would kill him just for the dark half in him, and then he saves an enforcer.
