He flew back, rotating and flying past Harry, brushing their shoulders together as he flew into the view of the stands, holding the snitch in the air and cheering."
Draco is trying to get under Harry's skin, being abnormally obscene and flirtateous. Harry decides he has to confront him about it, but the result was not what he was expecting.
