Summary
Steven was humble enough to know that his home region could only hold so much he understood about this world. There remained a particular phenomenon unexplored for Steven, something that he had only had a vague awareness of for much of his youth, and something that Hoenn couldn’t give him, no matter how hard it tried. It had never really occurred to him to understand it until that fateful moment he met her—perplexing, challenging, and impossible in her existence.
Or, Steven and Cynthia meet one day as strangers in the Sealed Chamber along Route 134 in Hoenn. It sets off an interregional chase, Steven in hot pursuit of the mysterious Cynthia, always seemingly one step ahead of him, until he finally captures her—or so it seems.
