Their thoughts were stopped as soon as the door came into view. Suddenly it was eerily quiet. For some reason they half expected music to start playing like in films. But nope, there was just. Nothing.
A little bit disappointed, they collected their thoughts about the whole situation. This is really happening. Their last few minutes at most, start now. They don’t want to go back, but it’s just…surreal.
They reach for the door and turn the handle.
