   Summary

   The stage lights were blinding, but Zhang Hao could still see him- the timid boy sat at the back of the small campus theatre, ambient light bouncing gently off the tears streaming down his face. Hao stole another glance as his bow slid across the strings of his violin during the final notes of his solo.
