Its been awhile since Focalors -- or perhaps by her real name, Furina, released something that would feed the public's attention, or start a stream in Twitch, yet all of this was by choice. The expectations that were being met are high because of her previous album, and because of the fear of not meeting the demands of her fans, she decided to withdraw until she figures out what next album she should make.
Unlike most artists however, Furina was the type of person who was meticulous about music, she always placed bits and pieces of information everywhere, from the words to the time signature used, even going as far as to construct some well thought out plot that dwells on serious topics underneath.
In return, her fans arent only there to just vibe with her music, theyre also interested in what she has in store, which brings us to her predicament now: what should she do next?
Lying on the couch, she scrolls through TikTok endlessly until she finds a song that sounded something like disco, the melody was rich and it gave Furina an idea
What if she were to cover this song? Surely it wouldnt go wrong.
Without thinking about the consequences, she grabbed a black guitar that was hanging at the wall, and started practicing.

"Oh? Focalors is viral right now"
It was currently break time for Venti's band. So much for trying to write and compose a new EP, there were many errors and mistakes that were found in their last set of recordings that they have to pull an all nighter to get it right.
So when Kazuha begged for a break, everyone was relieved to have their needs heard.
Heizou and Venti went out to buy some food, while Kazuha and Aether went on a long chat, which was interrupted when Kuni mentioned Focalors all of a sudden
"Huh, isnt she of hiatus right now? I havent heard of any new album." Kazuha commented, before looking at Aether expectantly
"What?"
"You're her boyfriend, should you know about the behind-the-scenes of her next project?"
"Uh.. all she's been doing is avoiding that altogether, she wanted to take a break."
"If you're saying that, then why did she release a song cover?" Kuni joined in after being silent, before walking to them and showing him the video, "and for fuck's sake, shes finally using your acoustic guitar "
Aether ended up blushing silently, while Kazuha continued annoying Kuni by commenting and giving so much remarks

After releasing the video, Furina watched in amusement as she witnesses the chaos her fans make in every single social media platform.
In mere minutes after posting, there are immediately reaction videos that followed suit
Sometimes, it is easy to forget that having fame has consequences
When Aether came home from band practice, he didnt really bring up the video his girlfriend released hours back, in his mind, he thought that maybe the reason wasn't something he should pry in
That is until she herself brought it up while watching K-drama
"Not gonna lie, I didn't expect it would get popular the moment i uploaded it"
"Pardon?" Aether was surprised
"Like i didn't expect it would be noticed so fast y'know, this newfound fame isnt as easy-going as i thought"
"I get it, feels like you can't really do regular things anymore, hm?"
Furina nodded, " i really intended that thing as a reminder for everyone that im still alive and well, but so many comments flooded so quick, no wonder why the PR team is constantly stressed when im on tour"
He let his head land on his lover's shoulder, "you can't blame em, it is a stressful job"
Aether chuckles at the thought of it, him and his bandmates doing stupud shit was the reason why their fans adore them and their PR team hating them, he doesnt have a say for it really
The blonde continues on, "Anyway, so how was my guitar?"
The latter was surprised at the question, but theres nothing wrong with it, "Just like Xiao said, the strings felt like im touching a rotting body"
"Hey! Its in perfectly good condition, it aint rotting like an old man yet!"
Furina flicks Aether's head, "then start maintaining and changing the strings often!"
They end up joking around with each other for the whole night, til they fall asleep on each others arms.
